Close to the medieval centre of Troyes - about 8-10 minutes walk to lots of restaurants. There was a bar service available in reception. Staff member who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast (at an additional cost).

We had two rooms - a twin on the ground floor that was spacious and quite pleasant while the double was very small and dated with a window that opened out out onto a building site. We were just passing through Troyes on an overnight stop, so it didn't bother us too much.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the surroundings are safe and clean. The chromecast on the TV works fine, in case you want to cast something from the phone to the TV

The EV parking spot could be a problem if you have a large car, in order to be able to charge your car you would need to block the parked car in front of you.

Lovely big room, modern, with air conditioning, safe secure parking underground . Stop off at the hotel front first to get instructions & key fob for the parking.

Shower room small, but fine for us. Access to the underground parking is a bit awkward because of the one way system. But staff very helpful with this

Great location for station/bus and not too far from old Town. Loved there was a bar on site. The room pretty much had everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed super comfy and shower was great.

Nothing. Would only recommend a kettle but that may be a British thing.

Location of hotel, helpfulness/friendliness of staff. Briliant location for arrival by train and proximity to town centre for sightseeing and restaurants

bedroom and toilet were rather cramped. Fan provided was inadequate. No lift and very tight stairs. Parking availability greatly appreciated - however, as mentioned in other reviews, the underground parking was difficult to access from road outside and concrete columns for the 3 available hotel spaces were very difficult to negotiate even with a small car. Anything larger than a Seat Ibiza would have been impracticable. Would not suit nervous driver!

Great place to stay. Bedroom, bathroom, breakfast, everything was fine. The staff was very helpful. Beside the train station (around the corner).

No lift but they can bring your suitcase upstairs if you ask. Breakfast closes early at 9.30 am. Might be an inconvenient for some people (not me).

Great location (next to the train station and close to the city center), gentle and helpful staff, cleanliness. (Though my room’s window facing the wall of another building still under construction has no city view, it is quiet even in daytime.)

There was a nice variety of food on offer at breakfast. They had gluten free bread for me.

The car park must be small because we had to find a place at the side of the street which was a little stressful, although it was free until 9am which fitted in well with us.

Location good for old part of town. Staff helpful. Had garage parking. Breakfast good.

Unaware we had to book garage space but staff member got us in. Room very small. Had to drive round block couple of times to get to hotel and again to find garage.

The hotel was in a great location and ideal for visiting Troyes, the hotel also allowed us to park our bikes in their courtyard for security which was appreciated.

The hotel was a little tired but I assume its location means it is well-used, the staff were accommodating and overall I thought the hotel was good value for money
