The hôtel was perfect to be honest. Definitely will return here if we are in Troyes. The parking is great, two restaurant nearby, grocery store a 2 min drive with gas station and car wash. Beds were very comfortable, wifi,spacious room, breakfast was very standard, but it was enough for us. The staff was great and helpful, except one young woman on Sunday.

It would be a perfect stay, however the young woman who was working on April 7 should check your attitude toward clients. We put a kettle on at breakfast to get some hot tea with us, and she just took it away, without asking anyone if it was needed. When I asked politely that we need hot water, she rolled her eyes and said very impolitely and irritated to return it back at her desk, like I am working for her. I just put it at the breakfast table. You give me attitude, I give it back. Si elle n'aime pas les étrangers ou clients,c'est pas mon faute.

We've stayed at many of the Ace Hotels and this particular one on several occasions. We find the hotels work well for us as we travel through France and haven't had a bad experience on any of our trips. We've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and of a larger than average size. We've never taken breakfast so can't comment on this aspect. An added bonus here in Troyes are the two restaurants just outside the hotel grounds.

We're quite happy!

The hotel is perfectly situated for a stop while driving through to southern France. It’s basic but clean and comfortable. What made it great is the staff. We stayed twice (once in each direction) and both times they were so very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful when we left something behind and had to have it sent back via UPS. We will certainly stay there next time our travels take us that way.

Good hotel if you are travelling as near the motorway. The hotel is modern and our room was big, up to date with the furniture and facilities. The room was clean. There is a nice restaurant around the corner from the hotel which offers a discount if you are staying at the hotel.

An alarm rang during the night and we all went outside. However, there was no member of staff at reception or around, so we never found out what the alarm was and if it was safe to go back to our rooms when the alarm stopped ringing. It would have been nice to have someone talk to us and reassuring us of what had happened.

Great stopover value hotel. Several miles from motorway but on excellent, fast main road. We had major delays at. Eurotunnel and arrived at 02.30hrs, car park gates locked but opened promptly when pressed buzzer and plenty of free car parking in gated, secure car park. 24 hour reception and lovely, friendly receptionist despite our very late arrival. Enormous family room, would sleep 5, we were only 4. Fabulous, very comfy beds. Nice hot shower. We were pleased breakfast was served until 10.30 and check out wasn’t until 11.00, so we could lie in after our late night. Good choice at breakfast: cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissant, cold meat and cheeses, fruit juice and teas/coffees although this was extra and not included in the room price. Well equipped with shower gel/shampoo and hairdryer.

The gentleman at reception during the night was lovely, the lady in the morning was pleasant - but needed prompting to refill milk container, or stock up fruit bowl etc. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but this is a budget hotel an there were paper cups so you could drink water.

Good sized clean room with lovely big bed and very comfortable, reception area even smelt clean with a very friendly staff member to greet us. We didn't take breakfast as there to sleep only.

No complaints given the price really, a few miles off the main motorway was the worst but a fabulous boulangerie just 200m up the road set us off nicely when we left.

We regularly stop here as it is a convenient location for us 2/3rds of the way to our destination. Secure parking, very quiet, clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and a good selection for breakfast. Courtepaille grill next door with discount if you show your hotel key.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, there is nothing to do or see there otherwise. Not a problem for us as we just want to rest before the onward drive but travellers should be aware of this ......

This is perfect for what it is - a clean and comfortable stopover on your way through France. Three of us shared a family room and it is easy to get to, good value and value for money - what’s not to like? Get the breakfast! Great value and the best way to set yourself up for the onward drive.

Modern, clean spacious and comfortable room with well-designed furniture. Spacious and practical bathroom. The room and hotel exceeded my expectations. Undoubtedly value for money. Easy parking on the premises and nice location at the outskirts of the Troyes with nice restaurants close to the hotel. Good and tasteful breakfast.

Nothing special to be mentioned.

Clean, crisp sheets and a comfortable bed. Clean bathroom + a hairdryer. Dog friendly.

Change of policy from when we stayed December 2022 so dogs are no longer allowed in the open plan dining area. This meant we had to eat in the Reception area as didn't want to leave the dog in our room. Not the end of the world though.
