The price, the location, cleanliness. Ease of access, friendliness of staff to help check in. Staff Telephoned to ask about arrival time and explain about check in ect.

Shower head needs a new clamp, so you don't need to hold it.

Rooms are connected in a nice way, allowing for a good time together as a bigger group (actual living room with good table etc). Very good price and location.

Minor defects here and there with bathroom doors and other stuff

Good communication with the host, quick and close by key pick-up, free parking in front of the apartment, kitchen fully equipped, loved the windows, and in case you smoke, there's a little backyard. Lastly, excellent location! - 5 to 10 min. walk to the old town centre.

I wasn't a fan of the glass coffee table, as you'll easily bump into the corners, and personally I wouldn't have painted the walls brown. But hey, that's just my taste :) Also keep in mind, one sleep is the sofa bed, which might not be comfortable/acceptable for everyone - esp. if staying multiple nights.

As this was our second stay, we informed upfront to ensure enough bed sheets are avalaible as this did not work out during our first stay 2 weeks earlier...however it didn't work out at the s3cond stay either...that was pretty annoying as we had a late arrival and couldn't reach anyone for support.
