This is the second time staying here and we purposely booked it because we enjoyed our first stay. It's not a holiday destination (no swimming pool, etc) but it's perfect for travellers. Very modern and the staff are exceptional. Breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of choice on offer. Free coffee, etc is available at all times in the restaurant area. There is also a small bar and we enjoyed a nice cool, refreshing Leffe after a very long, hot drive from Italy. Hotel has secure parking area. We will be using this hotel again in the future.

The location is perfect for our trip from Calais, heading south. Situated just a couple of minutes from the ring road around Troyes, it is simple to get to and has a good private locked car park. It is easy to reach the city of Troyes in just a few minutes - a city worth a visit for its half timbered houses and restaurants. The hotel offers free coffee and water in the foyer. However, the coffee is marred if you use the powdered milk options! If you don't want to eat in, there is a bakery just 30 seconds walk away.

It needs a proper coffee machine with real milk.

Staff extremely kind and helpful. We needed a car mechanic on a Saturday and they found us one and in 15 min he was there. They gave us a room that could accommodate our needs as we were travelling with our dog. Room spotless clean nice and comfy bed, big tv and nice bathroom with shower. There is a restaurant and a bowling close by and the city center is a very short drive away from the hotel

The curtains were good blackout - my daughter had no trouble getting to sleep even while it was still light outside. The family rooms had 2 separate sleeping rooms - perfect for us! We forgot my daughter's teddy and they have called us to organise it's way home - I REALLY appreciate this!!! More comfortable sleeping arrangements than the Ibis Budget on the other side of Troyes for our family :)

We all found the pillows a little too bulky. There was no fridge in the room - I should have checked before booking so my fault really! The eggs were a little rubbery at breakfast and breakfast was limited (although only EUR 10 per person so quite reasonably priced for what it was).

Very easy to get to and a very comfortable and quiet room. Staff were friendly and there was a very nice buffet breakfast.

It’s not a criticism, but just be aware that because it’s right on the outskirts, there are only a couple of places you can easily walk to to eat. We ate in the Buffalo Grill opposite which was fine as we were only doing an overnight stop, but it might not be great if you’re staying for several days or more.

Very clean and modern. We requested a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog, and we were amazed to find we had access to a little outdoor terrace directly from the room. A nice touch and good design idea, making the most of the spaces available. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Good value for money if you need a quick, convenient stop off en route.

Breakfast was a little unimaginative, and the room was a bit on the small side.

The location was an ideal stopover on our trip from England to Switzerland. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable and location was quiet so we enjoyed a good nights sleep.If you choose not to have breakfast at the hotel there is a Boulangerie very close by. Our room was spotless. A nice touch was being able to sit outside in the evening sun and enjoy a quiet drink.

Nothing at all

The Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, with places nearby to eat. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we were making an early start, but the dining room looked good with a fine selection of items. We liked the fact that coffee was available at the reception area although we didn’t use this facility. We only had an overnight stay but would recommend this hotel. It was an ideal stop over on the way to the Eurotunnel.

The only complaint was that the hairdryer wasn’t working properly with a split in the handle.

Lovely and clean room, very quiet and comfortable. Soundproofing excellent, we couldn't hear a thing from outside. Air con also very efficient and quietest I've ever come across. Staff lovely. Very reasonably priced for good quality accommodation.

I'm temporarily disabled following an accident and so we booked a handicap room. The bathroom really lacked a grab handle adjacent to the shower. It was a bit of a problem to get in and out of the shower area. Otherwise, all was good. A lovely place and would stay there again.

Thank you for a great stay! The hotel was very clean, good quality, good value. The staff was very helpful, made me feel welcome Will stay here again. Location is far from the city, but close to my business location, so for my purpose it was good.

Only one detail, the sink water was not flowing fast, it would accumulate and slowly empty out. I tried to fix it by pushing water by simple means, but this problem requires tools to remove a possible clog. Please notify management.
