The staff were very pleasant and hard-working. Nice newly refurbished room, good shower and comfy bed.. Handy location, not a pretty area but so easy to park and just a short drive to the centre of Troyes, which was lively on a Saturday night and had plenty of eateries, cafes and bars.

Breakfast was a bit slow and the buffet area had got messy by the time we arrived, I suspect because it was the first really busy weekend of the summer… but, as I mentioned before, the staff worked hard to make sure everyone got their brekkie in the end!

Great value for money, with good free car parking, WIFI as well as good breakfast. Very clean, comfortable rooms (we booked two rooms for our family of four adults/young adults, but at a highly competitive price nonetheless). Very nice and helpful reception clerk who accompanied us to our rooms and took the time/effort to assure himself that we were happy with them. Hotel is in great position for visiting the beautiful town of Troyes, or more generally as a stopover to and from Paris or Reims and the southeast of France.

Nothing; renovation work is being completed in lobby area and corridors, but this did not affect our stay.

Rooms newly refurbished, big bed and very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Parking on site (but not secure). Staff friendly. If you like beer there is an interesting pub 5 min walk away with a huge selection on tap!

Could not check in until 5pm and on a Sunday nothing else is open in France. Also property on an industrial site so pretty bleak. Dog charge was €10 per night whereas all other places we stayed were only €5

The bedroom was big enough for us three. The bed for the baby was ready to be set up. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom really clean. The location is near the highway which was really good since it was just for one night to take a break during our road trip.

The fact that the parking is not secured and it was not written that there were no elevator but that was ok.

Brand new rooms. Probably the first guests there. The staircase and restaurant still in full renovation. Very friendly staff and easy, non complicated breakfast. 5-10 minute drive into the GORGEOUS Troyes and very convenient by the highway. Silent and safe street for parking. Will absolutely book here again. Note that it is a one star accommodation- id say the room is a 3star. (Lots of car repairs shops around if needed).

Clean, comfortable, good facilities and nice bar area. Total bill was about 110 euros for two rooms.s for one night. Great stopover on the way to the alps.

It was all good. The one guy working on this busy Friday night was struggling to cope but he was doing his best.

Friendly staff, tastefully designed room, comfortable and clean. In the budget category it was a decent practical stopover on a road trip, but I wouldn't recommend it for a honeymoon! We enjoyed a visit to a large craft beer bar nearby called La Reserve, and Troyes old town was worth seeing.

Set on an industrial estate. Hotel under renovation with no reception (you currently have to pull cases over grass to hotel opposite to check in).

The room was good, clean and modern - beds very comfortable. The best part was the staff, they were extremely kind and friendly, very helpful and patient with our bad French (their English was great but they enjoyed watching us try!). The price was so cheap, we were worried it was going to be a worn out motel, but we’re were so surprised!

The staff was nice and the location is handy off the motorway with plenty of parking. New design is slick and beautiful! We really appreciated the possibility to eat on site and it was also a good dinner!

No elevator, we didn’t really sleep well (which is strange as the bed was comfy, might be us) and the cleanliness wasn’t spot on.

L location was perfect and the food in the restaurant really delicious. Restaurant is smart and service really friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to be there and the decoration discreet and really lovely. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean well decorated
