Great location on and off the motorway. The layout of the room was amazing with a double on the ground floor and two singles in the loft area. Perfect for a family of four. Our kids loved it.

The toilet seat was very loose and the drain in the sink was stuck shut. We had to bail the water in the sink into the toilet. The room was clean, but could use a deep clean around skirting boards, around back of toilet and under the sink. Seems just a quick once over between guests.

Excellent to find a bed on a Saturday night without having to book in for the whole weekend. Very easy to find.

Breakfast not available until 7.30, and we had to leave by 7.30 to reach Calais on time. Shower curtain in bathroom too short to stop water from flooding the floor. WC dripping constantly, then cistern refilling throughout the night, keeping me awake.

Security of room and car park. Tourist map to help us explore the local area. Perfect for a family of 4 to stay. Fan and TV appreciated. Easy access at any time.

Cobwebs and dust - most surfaces were reached, could do with a deeper clean on occasions. Guessing that the hotel is popular and not enough time for staff to reach corners/ledges?

Check-in at any time. Secure gated parking. Comfortable beds. Power shower. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Although clean, the towels didn’t have a nice smell. Very slow to reply to a message through booking.com which meant I had to phone them. However, the hotel’s phone number listed on booking.com is wrong. I found a different number from the hotel website which worked.

I like the family rooms, perfect for a couple with 2 children, I like the automation with check in, no need to arrive in a fix hour, and I like the parking, it is very secure

Not all the lights were working and dusty, it should be cleaned regularly

The family room was excellent. The children loved having the upstairs area to themselves. The space was good and beds were clean and comfortable

The self check in machine was a little long winded and asked for details it already had. The outside of the hotel could have done with a lick of paint.

Nice simple roadside hotel with plenty of eateries and fuel stations around. Good stop off for Brits driving south from Calais. Secure car park at night. Contactless check in via the machine was ideal.

Not a lot of soundproofing and the sink in the room on the way down didn't have a working plug so a bit of a pain to shave in the morning.

Very convenient place for overnight stay en route from S France to Calais. Great secure car park. Decent size room for four family of four.

The family rooms were great, with the mezzanine needs for children. It was clean and tidy, and the perfect location to stop on our journey

The bed was quite firm, and the exterior decor could do with refreshing

B&B is the best of the budget hotel chains. Bigger bathroom, bacon and eggs for breakfast, more like a proper hotel. I would stay in B&B again.
