This hotel is out of town in an industrial area. It caters for business travellers. There is plenty of parking within a fenced area. Reception staff were very polite and courteous and checked us in very quickly. Our room was a good size on the second floor. A single lift provided access to all three floors. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, complete with shower and small sink. The toilet was in a separate cubicle which was also clean and functional. The large double bed was comfortable. Two armchairs were available in the room for watching TV or working. Breakfast was continental and very good.

The pillows on the bed were too small and uncomfortable. All the restaurants adjacent to the hotel were closed for some reason.

As the hotel is located on the outskirts of the town (about 5km from the centre), and near the motorway, i expected a motorway hotel, with lack of atmosphere etc. Not the case I'm happy to say! The hotel has a friendly vibe thanks to staff and the bar area in front. The breakfast offered a varied choice at a reasonable price. The young lady at reception was super helpful, in providing directions and finding us a room when our next hotel cancelled at the last minute. thanks for all your help!

Great stopover close to the A26 for travelling south to North. Warm reception, really clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was very good with a range of continental food and hot food available. Water, tea/coffee was available throughout the day/evening free of charge. Very family friendly and a fab stop after a long drive. Close to a range of restaurants, a gaming centre and petrol station so plenty to keep the family occupied and restock the car! Would use again.

Really liked the simplicity of this place. Everything you needed, and nothing you didn’t. Appreciated the ‘green’ aspect too … things like no single use plastic (cups) or bin liners in the rooms, and free tea and coffee available from the breakfast room, all the time. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. Great stopover on our way to Burgundy for a wedding.

It’s the perfect stopover as we travel from Switzerland to the UK. Secure car park is great.

We arrived late and there were skeleton staff on, understandably. The guy checking us in was also serving two ladies at the bar, who were taking forever to choose what they wanted to drink. He had to finish serving them before he could check me in which was frustrating for me but not his fault.

The staff in the reception were so happy and friendly - they were absolutely wonderful! The room (including the bathroom) and the hotel were spotless, modern and cosy. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee were available free of charge. The breakfast selection (an additional €10 per person) was lovely. We felt very good in this place and would definitely stay again!

There was a supplement payment for a dog (€10, we stayed for one night). There was, however, no dog bed or dog bowl provided. We had our own, however, in our experience whenever we were charged a supplement payment for our dog's stay in other places (usually there is no additional payment) some little snack/pet bed/water bowl were provided. It was a minor thing though and we would stay there again anyway!

This hotel was an excellent choice for us for a one night stop over en route. We would have been happy staying longer if visiting Troyes. Will definitely stay here again - it is worth paying just a little more for this standard when compared to another popular French hotel chain. Located out of town centre in a retail park area. Hotel is modern, crisp clean and very well presented, with nice contemporary decor. Staff are lovely and it helped us that they were multi lingual. Our room was spacious enough, well decorated, effective air con, good WiFi, plenty of plug sockets and even a usb charging point. Bed comfortable. Ensuite spacious enough, walk in shower, nice towels, folded decoratively. Shower gel /shampoo provided. It was spotless and no sign of mould on bath sealant which is a plus. Breakfast buffet offered plenty enough choices, and was well presented. Dinning area very pleasant and a great patio outside with tables and chairs too. I think the hotel also has a bar available, and a couple of restaurants are within walking distance as is a large Carrefour. Car parking is gated and secure. A very pleasant and highly practical place to stay.

Very nice, accommodating and polite staff. The room was clean, with air con, bed and pillows comfortable. Free coffee and tea are offered for the quests from a coffee machine. Very close to a shopping centre so the location is convenient. Free parking without the need for reservation, there are also charging stations for electric vehicles.

Great staff friendly, efficient and bonus for me also speak English. Hotel is a smartly presented business hotel located on the edge of town in a commercial area. Nice decor, smart small lounge/bar area, and pleasant airy breakfast restaurant. Rooms comfortable, air con, decent sized shower. Gated parking.

Slight gripe is staining to shower tray grouting.

Although the hotel is located near the highway, there is quiet even if you open a window. The best curtains I ever seen - long enough that you can create the night even during the day :-) (We have arrived at late night almost during the sunrise.) Also there are comfortable beds. You can't wish more.
