The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a great location being only 15mins from the train station, castle and various nougat factories. The apartment had a dish washer which was very helpful. It also had good wifi. Very modern style and well worth the value. Friendly staff.

There was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom however it wasn’t that bad. Lack of pots in kitchen.

The after-effect communication: we forgot our very valuable Cooler Bag in the fridge as well as our Nutbutter jar and iceblocks in the freezer and sent a message through Bookings Dot Com AND on their personal website to ask that it be kept in a fridge till Thursday when our friend, Bastien, will collect it and I still haven’t received a response.

I would like to commend that staff for their warm and friendly demeanor. The receptionists were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and answering all my queries with patience and professionalism throughout my stay. The room itself was nothing short of exceptional. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation, which was maintained impeccably throughout my stay. The thoughtful amenities provided in the room, such as a well-equipped kitchenette, made my stay even more convenient. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would recommend hotel to friends and family visiting the area

The staff are really helpful and friendly. It was great having a secure carpark. It was an easy walk for coffee and food. The room was huge, immaculately clean and comfortable. A split system Airconditioner in each bedroom as well as the living area was a welcome find.

The rooms and bathrooms are always very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The air conditioning did not work and the problem was resolved quickly with a different room.

A good option for an overnight stay and having a reception makes it easy..The kitchenette allows one to be self-supportive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
