Excellent location, hotel is next to the Val d’Europe train staion, only 3 mins (1 stop) far from Disneyland, very convenient to reach bu using metro. Large rooms, suitable for 4-5 people and its very silent. Rooms are well equipped and there are markets close by so you can use kitchen as well.

Everything was fine.

A great location one metro stop from disney and easy to get to via taxi, car or rail. It is near the mall and the national aquarium.

It would be nice if the hotel menitoned that they are 1 rail stop from disney so a car to disney is not needed. Also there are quick transfers to the hotel via rail or taxi so having a car is not a must. As the connectivity to airport and city of Paris as well as DIsney are better and simplier without a car.

Nice and clean on arrival

I was convinced there was bed bugs but partner said I was mad.. fruit flies on ceiling in kitchen. Bar or food not open on Mondays? We paid €180 for a one night stay which we would have expected the bar to be open for that price

The rooms were huge! I had a couch, table and kitchen. Very good price and so close to RER for Disney. Very quiet.

There was a weird stain on the sheets which I just avoided when sleeping.

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 4 children. I can't recommend it enough as the perfect stay for Disney. From the front door of hotel it is a 100m walk to the train station and 3mins and you are in Disneyland. We stayed in the prestige family suite, everything in it was modern and new, I slept with one child on sofa bed which was as comfy as a normal bed, the kitchen had every utensil you need and towels and toiletries were included. Staff were extremely friendly. I would love to go back and stay here again!!! If you are considering this hotel, book it!!!!

Really liked the room and the space. A little bit strange layout but good space for the whole family. It was also very conveniently located close to the train connections.

The area is not so exciting. Very “soleless” but we were not spending time at the property so it did not bother us. Also, the staff were not so good at informing about any details on the property. For instance, parking…easy to find when you know, but when not, and only driving to the hotel address, not so easy. When leaving, they told us to drive up to the yellow markings in front of the gate out of the parking garage…that almost caused damage to the car since the yellow markings are on the space where the gates open. So you have to first drive up to it and then immediately back up otherwise you will damage your car.

We liked how the property was very near the places we wanted to go to such as Disneyland and the malls and outlets. It was also a convenience because it was right in front of the metro. The room we had was also great for our stay because of the appliances available. We were able to cook our own meals and wash our clothes. The bed was also comfortable and the sofa bed as well. The service and the reception were also amazing and they all nicely attended to our needs.

Well at first the room was a bit warm for us but we let the reception know this concern and they were able to fix this for us.

This hotel is perfect for visiting Disneyland. it is a 2 min walk to the RER station and then one stop to Disneyland~ fantastic when you are tired at the end of the day. The rooms are simple but everything you need.~ ask for a room facing the road (not back alley) as it’s brighter and more private from window. The breakfast is great (15€ adults, 7€ kids)~ we just bought in the am when wanted. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful. A variety of restaurants are within a block of walking ~ pizza, thai and burgers. If we come back to the Chelsea area, we will stay here again. * Beware that the room picture with big windows is not the room you get (it’s one of two large suites). * To get here from CDG, take the Magic Shuttle (1 hour) or the train (10 min). We took the shuttle~ 33€ total for one adult and one child~ as it was cheaper than the train. The shuttle actually drops you at the other Val D’Europe RER station, which is a block (when RER train pulls in, it stretches from one station to the other in length). Have fun in Disneyland!

When we first checked in, we were given a smoke smelling room, facing the alley. We were too tired from the flight and just went to sleep. When we woke, we asked to change rooms due to the smell, and the staff happily obliged us. So a dislike which turned into a like.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, which was a great convenience. The front desk staff was extremely polite and kind throughout our stay. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located right in front of a train station with direct access to Disneyland, which is very convenient if you’re not traveling by car.

The sofa bed was comfortable enough for a child, though it might not be ideal for an adult. One small suggestion would be to provide a kitchen sponge and dish soap in the unit — that would make things even more practical. Overall, a great experience!

Location was great, staff were very helpful on check in. Reception area was really clean and welcoming. Breakfast was a good price and flexible although we didn’t use it. Room was a reasonable size for 5 and was clean on arrival with nice touches of welcome water/cleaning stuff.

Toilet in room smelled of urine. We travelled with another group who said the same thing - maybe a drain issue. Didn’t like that there was no wash and basin in the toilet No ventilation in the kids room so it got very stuffy with the door closed.
