The beds were super comfortable. I felt that the room had just been cleaned, which was fine, except one of the folded towels was still damp. The neighborhood is a little out of the way, and restaurant/food wasn't really close, but we found a really great place called Eden Pizza. It was perfect, then had a bottle of wine by the hotel pool. The breakfast was quite good the next morning.

The rooms are small, but clean and well- designed. I would have liked a weather channel on the huge TV.

The personnel were highly motivated and very helpful in all aspects of our stay. Since the restaurant was closed and we didn’t want to travel again, been driving all day, the staff assisted us in ordering for delivery to the hotel.

Maybe that the restaurant wasn’t open to prepare a dinner for us since we had been on the road all day. The staff helped us call in an order for delivery to the hotel, which was very appreciated. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient and helpful. There was enough parking space. The windows large and had noise reduction. The garden has a sit out near the pool. The beds are comfortable and they provide enough pillows and blankets/quilts.

The hotel restaurant is closed at weekends. We were weekend travellers and thus could not access the restaurant. This information was not avilable during booking and not available on the booking (dot)com website. At weekends the guests must go out to dine. The staff did make recomendations and one could order pizzas.

The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was enjoyable, and the bed was very comfortable.

The room size (16 m²) felt too small for a superior king room, and it was difficult to fit all our luggage. Also, there was no closet, which made it less convenient as we had to keep our bags on the floor.

Hotel is very convenient for the airport 10 min drive and Montpellier town centre 20 min drive. Rooms are comfortable and air conditioned with lots of facilities. The pool is a pleasant feature to sit by or cool off in the heatwave !

There are no local shopping facilities- you need a car or taxi to get around.

It was close to motorway and had parking facilities Breakfast was superb but evening meal bit disappointing. We had lasagne with salad. Salad lovely and fresh but lasagne not hot and very dry. Staff excellent and very helpful

Small bathroom with very small pillows on the bed. This was supposed to be Queen room for which we paid extra but not worth the extra money.

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Really helpful and friendly. The pool was great. A pretty little garden to sit outside in the sunshine. Free secure parking.

Location. A couple of miles from town. We knew this when we booked but we’re happy to walk into town . Sadly we were advised not to do so as not very safe. We set off to walk anyway but turned back as we realised the receptionist was right. Felt a bit stranded in an area of waste land and 3 hotels. Wasn’t too bad as we ate outside at the hotel which was very nice. Is a great stop over as long as you don’t wNt to walk into town for the evening.

Great accessibility by car, straight from the mortorway; excellent parking on site. Extremely friendly and efficient staff (especially the night shift). A really superb breakfast (here the staff excelled in restocking everything fast).

No restaurant at the hotel during the weekend - not a big problem but sometimes you don't feel like moving after a long drive and having dinner at the hotel is appreciated.

Overall everything was fine, especially the staff that was helpful.

No food available and nothing on a fair walking distance around to get some food. Staff asked if I wanted pizza and they were helping to do the arrangements. Especial mention to Marion, she was great and smiling all the time.
