Good swimming pool, clean and comfortable rooms Nice breakfasts, super location for getting the trams to the city centre and the busses to the beach Super that pool towels are provided.

Bar staff could be friendlier, umbrellas blew over and apart in the wind over, could injury someone quite easily. Pool cues need chalk to be provided and to have both in better condition.

Comfortable & spacious room, nice breakfast. They were flexible enough to start breakfast daily @ 5:30 AM instead of 6 AM to suit our schedule.

Nothing much, but location isn’t great (no special views and not lots of walking distance stores or restaurants; a private car is very useful). Value for money is average as well; a bit pricey.

- that our door was hard to close & jammed every time we closed it. - we didn’t like how small the rooms were when you had 2 sofa beds opened. - we didn’t like the flies buzzing around at breakfast landing on the cheese & fruit - we don’t like showering in a bath - we didn’t like having to catch an Uber into town all the time as it’s just a bit too far away to walk to the centre of the city with kids. - if you are used to the high quality of a Novotel in other countries then you will be underwhelmed with this one. We were.

After a long journey from the Netherlands, we were welcomed wonderfully at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, and as a group of four, we truly enjoyed a delicious breakfast together. On our next trip down south, we will definitely return—and we highly recommend this hotel to others as well.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was under construction, but this was no problem since everything was under control. The pool seemed awesome, I did nit use it my teenage kids did.

The room needed a refresh, especially the bathroom/toilet areas.

The sofabed wasn't too much confortable, the mattress support was with wire mesh, not wooden boards. Room maintenance and cleaning can be improved

Nothing I disliked about the hotel. It’s a long walk to central Montpellier although there is a tram stop near the hotel.

The restaurant is excellent, food and interior are great for relax and enjoy. Room is small for four people, but enough for staying for a night. Everything is clean.
