Amazing property in great location. Very new and clean.

Charge for everything! Breakfast, use of sauna, parking etc. What initially looks like a great price becomes expensive when you add in the bits that normally come within the charge.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, next to a park in a relaxed area, and a 15 min walk to town. The room was very large, and the bed comfortable. Access to the spa from the hotel.

The hotel seems very new, a few small details are still not 100% thought through. For example, there was only limited space to hang wet clothes (a few hooks in the bathroom would be handy). Likewise, although the badroom is large, there is not much space foreseen to put things around e.g. when changing clothes, brushing your teeth, shaving,...

Immaculate. Good parking, amazing spa and the bed, even though stated as a twin, is in fact two amazingly comfortable single beds with a double duvet. Super kitchenette, table, shower and spa access. Who do this again in an instant. Probably the best apart hotel we’ve staying in in Nancy and we’ve stayed in nearly all now. There is a BUT… however…

It’s a 40 minute walk in to Place Stanislas and the number 11 bus stops at 21.07. Frenchification cities outside Paris have utterly useless / non existent taxi services and Nancy is worse than most. So, if you want to enjoy Nancy by night, this is the wrong place to stay. That said, if you are happy avoiding all this amazing city has to enjoy at night and just want the spa or a quiet spot to sleep, it’s number one.

Everything was perfect. The room was amazing and the staff really helpful. The location was good. The rooms had everything and more than we needed and our dog was made most welcome.

The Thermal spa next door had dangerously wet floors, so bad my friend fell and had to go to hospital. She had broken her arm and on day 2 of our holiday it spoilt the rest of the 8 days for her. This was nothing to do with the hotel. If you use the spa take my advise and wear flip flops all the way to the swimming area as the changing room areas were so wet.

This place is great, great location within walking distance of the city center, undergound parking with lift access to the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the little terraces were lovely. My family had a great time in the nextdoor swimming pool with slides. We stayed here as a stopover but left wishing we could have stayed longer

Nothing at all

We enjoyed that the hotel is next to the SPA. The room had all the needed facilities. For being a hotel room, the kitchen is really well set up with all what is needed, including the soap for the diswasher. The hosts of the hotel were really friendly and supportive. If you want to rest the area where the hotel is located is quiet and calm. The city center is easy accessible by bus (the stop bus is outside of the hotel) or by foot.

The hotel is really nice, and I could really relax in the spa. The staff was extremely friendly and professional!

The only thing that was not according to my personal wishes was the room, we had with balcony but we could only see a closed balcony (walls). This room only looked out to walls, within 1.5 meter

Very beautiful and spacious room. Everything you need to quickly cook and enough space to have a proper table and chairs. Staff was super friendly - I do recommend!

Just be aware external pools are not part of the hotel site. You need to get out, enter a different building and queue to pay entrance.

cooked breakfast not just continental style. we did have boiled eggs for 1 of 2 breakfasts but that was it. it would have been nice to have free entry to the pools, sauna and steam rooms (obviously not treatments)
