The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-appointed, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing visit of Nancy. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious choices to start the day. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking quality accommodations.

Excellent location very close to the train station. Beautiful and stylish modern decor. Yannick is an excellent host. He explains to me the sights in Nancy immediately on arrival. Very clean room and bathroom, with ample supply of amenities. There is even relaxing/light music playing in the bathroom. I do not cook but I can see that the kitchen is well equipped. There is an electric water kettle and coffee machine inside the room. Fresh water is provided and emptying of rubbish is done every day. I am impressed by the effort Yannick has put in running the place. Highly recommended.

Our host, was very friendly. The apartment was very clean and you can tell the host thought about every detail. Even the lights in the hallway turn on automatically at night. The room includes everything you could wish for and the breakfast is very generous as well and also had some new things every day.

I honestly cant think of anything that could be improved.

The host was very accommodating, providing sightseeing information about the city. And tolerating my attempts at French! Breakfast is offered at a reasonable price, cheaper than you can get at a café. Security is not a concern here. The building has a round the clock security staff on site.

I cannot think of anything. But Booking.com is sometimes slow about delivering email messages.

Yannick was the perfect host in this B&B helping us find parking space, giving great advice on sightseeing and providing a lovely reasonably priced breakfast. Parking was worth taking as the location is right in the centre. Room had shared bathroom, but very clean and only 3 guest rooms (we had 2!).

Misunderstood B&B meant live-in host, but actually no problem as Yannick was so friendly and helpful.

Perfect in every way! Yannick is such a warm and thoughtful host, every detail is thought of in the accomodation, facilities are very comfortable. Close to train station and easy walk to Stanislas Place. Highly recommended.

Yannick is the most charming and helpful host. The attention to detail in our bedroom and bathroom was excellent as he had thought of everything one could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet despite it's fantastic location in the city centre. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty also. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Au Coeur de Nancy and cannot thank Yannick enough for everything, our stay was perfect!

This was the best stay in our lives. Yannick, the owner, is so thoughtful and wonderful I don't even have words to describe. The bedroom is big and comfy, with a huge TV; the bathroom was spacious, impeccably clean and full of all possible items to use; and the breakfast, made by the owner, is better than most hotel's. We stayed only for one night in Nancy, but I felt we should spend more just because of the hotel.

Location - very close to the famous places to visit by wlak Breakfast - Yannik prepared boiled egg, bread and various jams for us, and it was very delicious Yannik explained famous palces and restauranrs to visit in detail.

Parking - you need to reserve a parking space in advance and and contact Yannick when you arrive near the flat. There are other people sharing the kitchen and bathroom, so you need to be careful not to make a noise.

It was a comfortable and clean room. Very good breakfast and next to the conference center where I needed to be. Also very close to the train station. The host is a very nice and kind person who will give you tips about Nancy.

The bathroom is shared, but that was something I knew upfront. It was still very clean and there was always music. So not really a bad thing.
