Very well located hotel for exploring Nancy. Super staff, who were all very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast, and room had all expected amenities. Parking adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on a future visit to Nancy.

Room was one of the smallest we've stayed in for many years, and the bathroom is absolutely tiny!

Stayed 2 nights but room was not cleaned or towels changed.

Super sized room, very comfortable bed, very large bed. Really good sized TV that allowed us to log on to Netflicks with ease. Breakfast was extensive and very well organised by a very efficient lady and her team. There were facilities to allow eggs to be cooked to our liking as well as good scrambled eggs prepared by the house that kept on coming. Hot bread was available both days we were there…..we would have stayed longer if we could. This was our first trip Nancy it is a beautiful city great to walk around with a good choice of restaurants not far from the hotel. We found a super place called Le Gentille Homme run by a larger than life gentleman who had run the National portrait Gallery restaurant for a number of years……look him up its great fun there and the food is excellent.

Excellent location We stayed for two nights, but wish it was longer! Breakfast was excellent!! 5* Best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had!! Usual Continental Breakfast which was excellent! Room was very nice, and beds very comfortable Hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from Stanislas Square, which is magnificent Lots of really good and reasonably restaurants around the Square We had a fantastic pizza on the first night! (Yes, I know that we were in France!) They made a Parisian pizza, with Emmental instead of mozzarella which was highly recommended to us, hence our visit there. Absolutely superb Le Capris, Rue Stanislas 5* Lots of shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance of hotel Great location, and very friendly helpful staff I’d stay there again, but for longer next time!

The problem was that toilet pan had been fitted so close to the wall, it was difficult to use comfortably. We were at the top of the hotel, so maybe other rooms were better (Ours was 303)

Property is in a great location within the city center. We were able to easily walk to the various Christmas markets and market square. The stay was very warm and attentive.

The bathroom was not clean. Upon entering our room someone had used the facilities but had not flushed the toilet and there were dried boogers or something on the counter top. Thankfully I always travel with Clorox cleaning wipes and wiped down everything in the room

The location was amazing and the light show in Stanislas Place should not be missed.

We needed the sofa bed made up as the room was booked for three adults. We had to ask several times for this to happen. The room itself considering the price was really looking tired and in need of redecorating. The bathroom was poorly laid out and really small. Was slightly disappointed as the privilege king room didn't feel very privileged

Excellent location just minutes from Stanislas Square and it has a large secure car park attached. Comfortable rooms that are a little small.

Due to afternoon arrivals check in was slow. At such time more than one receptionist is needed.

Our room was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults. It was a really easy walk into beautiful Place Stanislas. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly providing advice on where to eat etc. Underground parking is available right next door. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice with some tasty local options.

Easy to find, and we'd been given the instructions for the parking garage in advance, so went straight in. Hotel back entrance is directly opposite the garage. Room was very clean, had a fridge. Also had an extra door so could block corridor noise. Very comfy bed and pillows. Had a fast check out option, so easy to get away quick in the morning. Secure parking f or the motorbike. Our superior room with a courtyard view actually overlooked the entrance to the parking garage. Super close to the centre, walk out the door and a few steps and it's all happening!

Check in was a wee bit slow, think they were short staffed. Check in was supposed to be available from 2pm, but we arrived at 4pm and were told our room 'might not be ready'. We were given our key and luckily the cleaner had just finished so we got in OK. But we HAD been planning on arriving early, so I'm glad we didn't after all, or we'd not have got in. She didn't validate our parking so our ticket would not let us out, but we were on a motorbike so just went round the barrier

Close to the centre. Secure off-street parking.

A few minor bathroom issues. For example, shower floor smooth and slippery when wet, no shower mat provided.
