the location is perfect if you arrive to Paris via Gare de Lyon, it is near the metro and about 15 min walk to the train station. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was nice and friendly. We really appreciated that we could leave our luggage before the check in and after check out and then quickly picked it up on the way to the train station.

Our room was facing busy street. It was ok, if you keep the windows closed and turn the air conditioner on (otherwise it was way too hot) but we had to get up a few times at night to reset the air conditioner, as it turned off automatically every couple of hours and the room quickly started to heat again. There was some smell in the bathroom when we first entered, but it disappeared after we used the shower. There are some renovations going on in the hotel at the moment, but they didn't bother us, as we only spent the night in the room.

Loved the location! Just a 2 minute walk from the Bastille Metro station and tons of restaurants and shops. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great breakfast with fresh croissants and ample seating. There's paid parking right across the street as well if you drive. Coffee maker in the room makes excellent coffee!

Half-enclosed tub + shower meant that the bathroom floor would inevitably get wet. A shower curtain or full glass sliding doors might be better, especially for people who prefer showers to a long soak.

Clean and fresh looking. Very good standard with easy access to trains and buses. Very good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We were only given two little milks for our two night stay. They should have been replaced the second day, after we had used them. We had to ask for hand towels to be replaced. Only given one big bath towel and one thinner towel until we asked for extra towel. We should have had two good quality towels and two hand towels.

Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to plenty of restaurants. 15minute walk to the Seine to catch the Batobus to explore the city. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Lovely quadruple room, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The double bed was huge. Great walk in shower with a lovely scented shower gel. Very effective Aircon which is needed in August! Lovely little breakfast room with plenty of choice. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was fantastic!

Our room was located right next to the lift on the top floor so we were frequently disturbed at night by the noise of the lift going up and down and also loud people coming in and out of it late at night wasn't great. It's a very small hotel so has small narrow corridors and sound really travels.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Our room was quite compact for 4 people, but still very comfortable as the interior is pretty well-planned. We had everything we needed. However, please note that hotel does not provide slippers (I guess its a characteristic of European hotels; we traveled in France, multiple cities in Italy and Switzerland and did not get to see slippers provided in the room). Location is great. The metro station is in 1 minute walk, very comfortable. Also, the Bastille square is in 2 minutes walk, Notre-dam-de-Paris is in 30 minutes walk, Louvre in 50 minutes, and Eiffel Tower in 1.5 hours walk. Amazing walks and views are guaranteed. The neighborhood is safe, even at night. There are many cafes around. We loved the breakfast. There were croissants, omelette, variety of cheese, ham, yogurts, jams, and a good coffee machine with fresh juice machine. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only think that I can note was the cleaness of the bathroom. I believe it could be cleaned better for the check-in of new guests.

Fantastic location close to the metro with quick connections to major sites and to the mainline train stations. A short walk from some excellent restaurants, bars and coffee establishments and, of course, the Marais district. Clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The air conditioning felt life-saving given the heat wave during our visit. Unexpected bonuses: the Immersive Art Gallery across the road with a fantastic Mucha exhibition and the Coulée verte René-Dumont, an elevated park/walkway built on an old railway line.

Room rates were high, though this is true of Paris generally and exacerbated by the Rugby World Cup.

We stayed in a family suite and the master bed was the biggest bed I've ever slept in! Beds and pillows were so comfortable, room was stylish (loved the trendy lamps!), bathrooms were immaculately clean and we even had a lovely (partial) view out to the square. The staff were friendly - very patient while I practiced my newly-learned French - and the breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel is located near lots of great cafes, bars and stores and easy access to the train station too.

This was a good find in Paris! Metro stop just outside the hotel, while close enough you could walk also everywhere. Rooms were big and very well equipped for a couple nights stay. There is a lot of nice restaurants and bars also close by!

There was a renovation going on in the reception area. We did get a notification ahead our stay and it didn't really bother us that much.

I didn't have the breakfast but my cousin was also with us and she thought the breakfast was fantastic with loads of choice. The rooms were big, by Paris standards, and spotlessly clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. They even left sweets on each of our pillows, which the kids were delighted with!

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It was in a great, central location with lots of places to eat in the immediate surrounds.

I had a pleasure of staying at this hotel that is centrally located, very close to Notre Dame (about 20min walk) and 30min to Louvre. There is a direct metro line straight to the Gare du Nord. The hotel was amazing, breakfast selection is very good and the mattresses in the room are perfect if you like a firm good mattress for your back. Had a great night sleep as it was very quiet in the hotel.
