This could be the best property we have ever stayed in, in terms of the comfort and quality of the rooms. Everything was gorgeous, the attention to detail was amazing, the staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived very late (partly the fault of our GPS) but there was somebody on reception waiting for us; they upgraded our room to a 2 bedroom so we could access by lift and put charcuterie and cheese platters with bread which was very welcome after a long journey. Good communication put our minds at rest. Breakfast was excellent.

The information on the Booking.com website was incorrect. It would also have been nice if there had been meal options as the property is in a rural setting. Menu choices were limited for dinner, and my terrine starter (which was very good) came with a plate full of salad. I think this is because they use a lot of vegetables and herbs they grow themselves and we visited in the winter. Some of the dinner choices (oeufs a la meurette, vegetarian main and the desserts) were overpriced. No bar snacks except cheese or charcuterie platters which were way too much. (They eventually gave us some green olives).

We loved so many aspects that we are already thinking of when we can return. Beautiful property set among a vineyard. Spacious apartments for family of 4, 3 bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped with fresh cleaning supplies, single washer/ dryer, very comfortable beds, nice outdoors space for meals. We used the spa area - large indoor pool, moderately heated outdoor pool (in mid April it was unseasonably warm with outside 27c and pool was around 20C), all the staff were exceptionally friendly, and lots of activities to keep kids busy— kids club during our week, complimentary tennis court that could be rented, ping pong , pétanque, free bikes for use. I read reviews of complaints about the food though we found it to be a good price/ quality ratio. We were traveling with a baby so ordered in and everything arrived well and on time.

When booking I didn’t notice there would be an additional cleaning fee of 70e at the end though this can be avoided if you take out your own trash / recycling and clean up the kitchen. Cleaning was mostly good though could clean under furniture, we had some ants but not problematic. Also pool area floors could be cleaned better (indoors and outdoors) and indoor pool had a bit of gravel or sediment at the bottom

Sensational location. The Chateau is beautiful and set amongst acres of vineyards. Really peaceful and relaxing. We took advantage of the free bikes on-site and had a lovely morning out following the trails around the vines. The staff here are so lovely and kind. Service is fantastic and attentive. We had a room in the main house. Good size room with a super comfortable bed and very elegantly furnished. Really beautiful. Nice breakfast with a good variety of choices. Overall a lovely relaxing couple of days.

The food was not of a standard to match the rest of the hotel and there was a very limited choice for dinner. In such a great setting and with such lovely wines on offer I feel the food could be cooked to a higher standard. Also we asked for a taxi back to Beziers when we were leaving. What wasn’t explained to us was that it would be a private car service that cost double the price of a taxi. Had we known this we would have arranged a taxi/Uber ourselves.

Stunning location, large room and great facilities. Excellent restaurant. I can highly recommend the massages offerered and absolutely walk the Vineyard trail around the domain.

Check in and check out times are not ideal. Check in at 5pm. However you can use all the ammenities when you arrive early.

Beautiful 3 bed villa

BBQ order was not correct, even though on check in she had printed the email with confirmation of reservations for the BBQ, spa and breakfast orders…no baggage help on check out in the rain either

Very nice Castle in wine yards, great room, very comfortable and a good restaurant as well. Very friendly staff, private parking and nice walks through the wine fields!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The meal we had at the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent again. The facilities were great.

Our bathroom in the Chapel room had a poor odour which didn’t seem to improve with open windows. Perhaps this was a drainage issue.

We specifically enjoyed breakfast where all the food offered was fresh and mainly from local produce.

This place is simply fabulous. Amazing food and wine ( from their own vineyard ) all reasonably priced. Massive bedroom and en suite bathroom, beautifully furnished.

There was nothing not to like.

The property was beautiful, the rooms was clean and elegant and when we arrived there was a baby bed made up for us at the room which we requested, but also there was a baby bath in the bathroom which was great after a long journey, the staff was absolutely lovely could not do enough for you and was just lovely people, was so welcoming on just our short stay we have decided to go back.
