We had a great dinner at the restaurant below our rooms with family that traveled with us as well as family from Pèzenas. Excellent food, wine and hospitality. The host made sure our visit was great.

We had a small air-conditioning issue at the start and the host got it resolved quickly by getting a technician on-site to correct the thermostat problem. Great response by the host looking after us.

The owner & staff were excellent during our stay. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs (family of 4) and in the town center so easy for moving around. Lots of space and very clean with loads of amenities near by

The shower drain smelled like a sewer. I had to keep a wet towel over the drain. I was only offered clean towels once during my nine night stay. Trash was never removed. The room was not serviced in any way the whole time.

The hotel was in the perfect location to visit the beautiful town of Pezenas, the room was well maintained and the staff were polite, very helpful and always had a smile on their face.

If you had a problem ( which we did not) it would not be easy to speak with anyone as all were extremely busy in the restaurant)!! Also staircase when descending needs better lighting

The shower drain smelled a bit but I don't think there was much the hotel could do about it (historic property). Shower door didn't work properly. No reception staff, so we had to wander around to find someone to give us a key.

Typical French style large room with balcony. Excellent in demand restaurant downstairs, for dinner and/or breakfast - Chez Paul. Great location in this historic town.

A little noisy early morning, but didn't affect our enjoyment of the 2 night stay.

We stayed in the family room and it was very comfortable. There is central airco, modern bathroom and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect and the restaurant below the building is definitely worth going . It was a very pleasant stay.

The entrance to the rooms are a bit strange. You have to go through a corridor between the kitchen and the restaurant below the building. It can be a bit noisy in the evenings because of the restaurant but the noise will stop after the restaurant closes. (around 12:00am) Than it is very quiet.
