The staff were absolutely fantastic. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room a good size for France. Very quiet area and good secure parking. A bit away from centre so requires you to have transport. Good breakfast.

The shower was one of those handheld in a loose connection above the bath. Plenty of hot water and pressure, just one of those tight messy showers. Information to order meals led to a "page not found" on the web site.

We loved our stay! The staff were super helpful seeing that we spoke little to no French :) what was even more lovely is that one of the staff offered some of her hair conditioner to me since we hadn't had a chance to get to the town upon arrival! These little things go a very long way and they also ensured our daughter had warm milk at night :) they even called us to ensure we didn't miss breakfast as we accidentally slept in the next day! Super heart warming and inviting staff! Definitely a must visit for that 'home away from home' feeling! 5 stars

The day before our trip, I got a notification that our flight was cancelled so needed to change flight which meant us arriving early. I contacted the hotel to see if we could check in early. The lovely man on reception told me that this may not be possible as it will be very early - however we can leave our bags and use the pool etc and he will leave note for his colleagues about our arrival- perfect. On arrival (10am) greeted by the friendliest woman who was expecting us, told us we could check in for an extra small charge. I'd been travelling all night with two small children so this was wonderful news. Beautiful room, exceptional service, gorgeous pool. The next leg of our journey didn't start until 2.30pm the following day, however we were allowed to check out a bit later with no extra charge and use the pool/facilities until we left. Nothing was a problem to this staff team. I 100% recommend, any advice we asked on where to go/get food we were advised with a smile. The room exceeded my expectations, two large king-size beds, two bedrooms, lovely lounge area, fridge in the room, veranda outside. Gorgeous breakfast and snacks/beverages available throughout the day. They also have a food menu however my girls wanted McDonald's (of course) and even then it was absolutely no problem to order a take away. Sure Hotel by best western should be very proud of their staff. Started our holiday very pleasantly and comfortably after a bit of drama with our airline.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel was modern and clean. Easy access from motorway. A 5 minute trip into town. The historic area is well worth a visit. Plenty or bars and restaurants to choose from. We have visited many times.

They offer breakfast which is hood but full meals are not available.

The staff has been super friendly. When we arrived we wanted to go eat but with a dog we were not sure they would accept the dog. The lady at reception called for us, made usre they would accept the dog and placed a reservation (and the restaurant was a very godd suggestion!), the morning after she was also super kind when I had a bit of a specific request for breakfast. Also, her colleague in the afternoon was expremely kind and helpful.

Great staff. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Easy to find off the major road.

They don’t do evening meals and there are no restaurants in walking distance. They do however provide room service ready meals which are a good quality.

Close to the motorway for a quick overnight stay, dog friendly with a nice walk nearby and lovely staff! The bed was lovely and the shower too. Easy parking for free onsite

Nothing it was great!

This was our second visit, lovely staff, good location for visiting the town. The rooms are modern and clean.

My only issue is they only supply one pillow per person.

good range of different foods public bus stop just outside hotel. bus every 30mins during the day to Beziers centre and 1 Euro per person !

Well prepared breakfast, with lots of choice. In a quite part of town but not to far from everything. The pool area was very inviting and comfortable. Would diffenitly stay there again...

The fact the All Blacks lost to France the night of our stay...
