The staff are very good. We did not like the first room allocated. The photos on booking are representative but the room turned out to be small. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony which met our needs. This is good as a budget hotel. Kitchenette is well serviced with crockery etc. Good air conditioning in room. Underground parking was very good with lift directly to reception and to our room.

It is a budget hotel that is about 10 minutes walk to Paul Riquet - we ended up taking the car to park in centre in the evenings for restaurant evening meals. Would be a good option if you want to take your pets ( which we didn't on this occasion ).

All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Lots of parking available if you want it. Well equipped apartment.

We felt that the apartments need some pictures on the walls to make it more attractive it is much more basic than the photos on the website. It didn’t feel like a hotel. The balcony needs repainting but lovely rooftop views. The shower over bath would be better replaced with walk in shower.

The hotel was set in the back streets and these were narrow, not good if you had a people carrier for example. However the location was very cute. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English, as my French is not very good. The room was very large, maybe too large. The sofa was a sofa bed and there was a good kitchenette area with the smallest dishwasher I have ever seen, tucked in a cupboard under the sink. The bedroom was also very large, again maybe too large. The bathroom was tired and could do with a refit. The boarding behind the sink was water damaged. It was great to have the option of a bath and a shower. There was a balcony, with table and chairs and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast out here, watching the neighbours going about their business. We did not take breakfast offered so unable to comment on this. We also paid for underground parking, very secure and would use this again.

The bathroom was tired and needs to be looked at. The board behind the sink is water damaged. The one negative for us was the smell of smoke from either the balcony above or below us. Nothing we could do but this.

Absolutely spotless apartment - give that cleaner a pay rise! Very peaceful place, quiet at night. Professional and friendly staff.

Minor issues, such as no chopping board/ bread knife/ corkscrew. Had to ask each day for a dishwasher tablet and on one occasion, toilet paper from reception as we were not provided with enough for the week.

We booked the hotel because of central location and on site car parking Check in was after 15h.00 but we were informed we could garage car before 12noon if we wished Reception closed 12 to 15h.00 No problem locating with Waze navigation 10 minutes walk to centre Staff very helpful Lift from car park to reception and continues up to rooms. Rooms simple and clean, we didn't use kitchen but seemed well equipped

Two pillows per person would have been nice But not really a problem Only one bedside table

Great AC in extremely hot weather, underground parking, spacious accommodation, refillable water station in lobby.

Having to wait to check-in as reception closed between 12-3pm. We arrived during the heatwave with exceptionally high temperatures outside and limited seating in the waiting area so we had to stand around or sit on the floor.

The location was very good, close to a few restaurants and a great Irish Pub. A small store is 5 minutes walk away. Unground parking and nice staff.

Not a huge issue fortunately, but my room key card would not Allow us to get in the building. After 7-8 there is not staff but fortunately it also has people who live in the apartments full time and they let me in.

Everything was great. We liked the spacious apartment, the small balcony, the beds, the sink, the stove, the refrigerator... Everything worked/was fine. The reception staff was super friendly. The parking was accessible. No noise at night. Fairly close to the center in a hassle-free neighborhood.

The dining room table was too small, at least for a 4 persons apartment.

The apartment was really well situated in the centre, 10mn on foot from the main square. The street is quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It's great to have the option of cooking. Friendly and helpful staff! Also the car park is really practical as parking downtown is difficult in Beziers.

The room was a bit dated with scuffed old furniture.

Our room was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the on-site car park and a big plus was the availability of washing machines and a drier. We had been on a boat trip on the Canal du Midi and had used more of our spare clothes tghan expected. The Zenitude was within reasonable walking distance of restaurants and shops. In short, ours was a very enjoyable stay.

Nothing springs to mind.
