The staff are very good. We did not like the first room allocated. The photos on booking are representative but the room turned out to be small. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony which met our needs. This is good as a budget hotel. Kitchenette is well serviced with crockery etc. Good air conditioning in room. Underground parking was very good with lift directly to reception and to our room.

It is a budget hotel that is about 10 minutes walk to Paul Riquet - we ended up taking the car to park in centre in the evenings for restaurant evening meals. Would be a good option if you want to take your pets ( which we didn't on this occasion ).

The hotel was set in the back streets and these were narrow, not good if you had a people carrier for example. However the location was very cute. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English, as my French is not very good. The room was very large, maybe too large. The sofa was a sofa bed and there was a good kitchenette area with the smallest dishwasher I have ever seen, tucked in a cupboard under the sink. The bedroom was also very large, again maybe too large. The bathroom was tired and could do with a refit. The boarding behind the sink was water damaged. It was great to have the option of a bath and a shower. There was a balcony, with table and chairs and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast out here, watching the neighbours going about their business. We did not take breakfast offered so unable to comment on this. We also paid for underground parking, very secure and would use this again.

The bathroom was tired and needs to be looked at. The board behind the sink is water damaged. The one negative for us was the smell of smoke from either the balcony above or below us. Nothing we could do but this.

We booked the hotel because of central location and on site car parking Check in was after 15h.00 but we were informed we could garage car before 12noon if we wished Reception closed 12 to 15h.00 No problem locating with Waze navigation 10 minutes walk to centre Staff very helpful Lift from car park to reception and continues up to rooms. Rooms simple and clean, we didn't use kitchen but seemed well equipped

Two pillows per person would have been nice But not really a problem Only one bedside table

Everything was great. We liked the spacious apartment, the small balcony, the beds, the sink, the stove, the refrigerator... Everything worked/was fine. The reception staff was super friendly. The parking was accessible. No noise at night. Fairly close to the center in a hassle-free neighborhood.

The dining room table was too small, at least for a 4 persons apartment.

Our room was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the on-site car park and a big plus was the availability of washing machines and a drier. We had been on a boat trip on the Canal du Midi and had used more of our spare clothes tghan expected. The Zenitude was within reasonable walking distance of restaurants and shops. In short, ours was a very enjoyable stay.

Location was good, not exactly in the center, but close enough to make it a 5 minute walk. Hotel was decently clean, rooms were big enough. Amenities provided were perfect, not much to complain.

Reception will be closed from 12pm until 3pm, so you can't check-in or leave your bags anywhere. Rooms were decently clean, but could also be better. Location was good, but we did have to walk at night through some streets where locals were catcalling women and hanging around in groups. Doesn't feel extremely safe to solo travellers. Also, there is dog poo everywhere in the streets.

You can pay double the price for a room elsewhere and not get as good as the Zenitude offers. The hotel provides standard accommodation which is comfortable and clean. We slept well and were not disturbed by noise. The wifi was very adequate.

The only negative was the thick duvet (in the middle of summer!) which is common in so many hotels. But at least the air-conditioner worked well.

Arrived early and permitted to access parking although found a slot outside. Very polite and friendly staff. Room was great and very clean, with big en suite. Great location as well, just a 10 minute walk into town.

Not much to mention - Pillow was a bit square and bulky, not to my particular taste. But that was all

Friendliness of the staff who were very willing to help whenever it was needed. The studio was clean and comfortable and provided what we needed for a week’s stay. Hotel near to the bus stop for Valras beach.

Location could have been better as route up into historic area was quite steep for me although there were bus stops nearby which took us to most important locations and to the train station.

The hotel was in a very good location and it was very clean. Lloris on reception was very welcoming and friendly and answered all our questions including where to go for a drink and also where to eat. His recommendations were perfect.

Nothing it was clean, quiet and it accommodated our pet too!
