The location was excellent, right in the centre of Beziers - and the staff were brilliant and friendly. The bedroom itself was large, with beautiful high ceilings. The room was quiet and comfortable. Other than the issue in the bathroom, it was spotlessly clean throughout. Shower was hot and reasonably powerful. Generally we loved it!

The toilet room was so tiny you could barely sit down and shut the door. And there was a not very clean vent right at eye level as you go into the room - its not the sort of thing I would usually have noticed but the room was so small that it was right in front of you!

The location is great - right in the centre of Beziers and a short walk to lovely restaurants/sights etc. Free parking on the weekend on the road in front the hotel if you can find a spot. Hotel itself is fine. The bed was comfortable and shower was good. Decor is looking a little bit tired but for the price I can't complain. Staff were very friendly and there's a 24hr service on reception.

As mentioned, the decor is a little bit tired, especially the carpet in our room. Also, weirdly didn't have any hangers for clothes. Room doors are quite loud as well so if you're a light sleeper, maybe bring some earplugs? Other than that a very serviceable place to stay at a very reasonable price.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly while remaining professional.The room for a single person was lovely and large with all the facilities you could need.Everything i.e bathroom fittings, furnishings and decoration appeared to be recently refreshed.The shower was lovely and powerful and the air conditioning an added bonus even in May. To top all of this the location was perfect- on a large tree lined boulevard, close to many restaurants, historic sites and lovely shops.The flower market directly outside the hotel was a delight .

Second visit to this hotel. It is in such a good location in Beziers and offers really good value for money. The rooms overlooking the courtyard at the rear are lovely and quiet; you'd never know that the hotel faces directly onto such a busy promenade.

The carpets could do with changing at some point as they are getting rather stained and grubby (abeit they are clean and hoovered, it just doesn't look nice). Also the water pressure on the third floor isn't great.

The reception lady Sylvia was very helpful and gave us great information for us to have a fantastic evening at two free events

The location is super. It's very close to all the attractions in Béziers. The staff are very friendly.

I would like it if there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. There was no iron in the room or shower cap. These are minor things.

Excellent location right on Bézier’s major boulevard. Great security for storing bicycles as we were on a bike trip. Nice big room with space to spread out. The best thing was the excellent service especially from the hotel receptionist Oceane. She went above and beyond to be friendly and help us out and give local advice. The breakfast was good and varied too.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay at Hotel Imperator. Location, cleanliness and comfort excellent. We stayed in room 103, a very spacious junior suite that looks out onto the hotel courtyard. It was so quiet, air con worked very well and bed extremely comfortable, we slept soundly every night. The one thing I must highlight about this hotel is the reception staff, they are EXCEPTIONAL and we can’t praise them highly enough! So helpful, always pleasant and will go out of their way to ensure all needs met. Huge thanks to Turan for securing our taxi transfer to airport, we were so grateful! We will return to this hotel in future, no question about it and highly recommend to all!!

Nothing, loved it all!

Right on the door step of the city, fabulous staff who can recommend local restaurants. Comfortable stay. They had storage for my bike in the rear and it seemed like a stop off for many other cyclists. I didn’t go for the breakfast as I’m a little fussy each day so rather get something on the got but told by another hotel stayed it is a nice breakfast

If you’re looking for luxury then this is not the place. There’s nothing not to like about it for the price.

Goid welcome from the staff. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. Sadly the lift was out of order. We were then given a room on the first level. Thid was due to my wife having a problem climbing the stairs. This was dealt with well by the reception.
