I love this hotel and stay whenever I am visiting family. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. I was visiting a sick relative who had requested freshly squeezed orange juice. When I asked where I might buy some they insisted on providing some for me at no cost to take to them. It was a very kind touch and greatly appreciated. .

The motion detected light by the door in the rooms. This can be very annoying at night as it is quite bright. Lots of reviews have mentioned these, hopefully the hotel will make it possible to turn it off.

A little gem in downtown Bezier. Lovely room with all facilities and comfortable bed. Nice light french breakfast. Heated pool and sun loungers a bonus on a lazy day. Off street covered parking available at a price.

Not exactly located in the best part of town though we didnt have any problems at all. Bit of a hike to get to very center of town. Motion sensor light in room is too bright when heading to the loo during the night.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, I wish we’d booked for longer than 1 night. The comfortable room was in the back block and overlooked the pool area. The team were very friendly, giving excellent restaurant recommendations ( including Le Patio), which we would never have found otherwise. When I went for an early swim the lady cleaning the pool area even got me a towel from reception.

This is my very favorite hotel! I loved the decor, very contemporary, the artwork, the outdoor tables for breakfast, the blackout blinds for a good sleep, the lights that lit up around each door when we got off the elevator...All the design elements were considered and one didn't need to be an electrical engineer to control all the light switches and individual thermostats. The breakfast was perfect: the coffee machine that made a variety of coffees, freshly squeezed orange juice , the must have croissants and huge variety of breads and cereals all displayed in a very artistic way.

The only thing that I didn't love was the 15-20 minute uphill walk to the Old Town.....Alas!

Room was pleasant enough, Staff very friendly and helpful . Had a garage where we could keep hire bike for the canal du midi

Automatic light that wnet on when you went to the toilet is outside so if you had not woken the other half intially you probably will have. No sink in the toilet so had to walk around to the other side where shower was to wash your hands. nothing major though.

What truly set this hotel apart, however, were the amazing art pieces displayed throughout, which added a unique and sophisticated touch to the ambiance. Overall, Hotel en Situ is a gem in Beziers, blending art, comfort, and top-notch service seamlessly.

One aspect that could be improved is the design of the showers. Although they're sleek and modern, the layout isn't particularly smart. I found that water tended to splash all over the bathroom floor during use. This design flaw, while not a dealbreaker, did detract from the overall convenience and comfort of the bathroom facilities.

Everything The terrace was great and well equipped. Staff, especially Audrey were really friendly and helpful. She even booked a table for dinner for us which was also fantastic. Having secure reserved parking (at a cost) was important to us.

AC could be better so the room could be colder Not a problem for us - hotel is c 10/15 minute walk to centre of the town

The hotel appeared to be exceptionally well run. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious. The breakfast was well presented and delicious. Everywhere was spotless. The reception staff went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The location was excellent, near to all the sights but out of the hustle and bustle.

The hotel is situated a relatively short distance from the centre of Beziers. Whilst the walk is not demanding the area is not entirely comfortable for late night walking. Having said that all the local people we encountered were friendly and helpful. So, perhaps, perception is the issue.

The room was quite small but comfortable and very quiet, even though we were right next to the lift shaft. The bed and bed linen were excellent. Breakfast was good, though a bit expensive. Pool and other facilities looked very nice but we didn't have the opportunity to use them.

Lighting in the room was a bit strange.
