From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. They upgraded our room, helped us with parking , and welcomed us so kindly after a stressful journey that it instantly lifted our spirits. In all our years of travelling, we’ve never encountered service quite like this — not just in a Mercure-style hotel, but anywhere. Absolutely outstanding and so memorable!

Friendly, helpful staff; room small but clean, comfortable. Newly furnished and a modern bathroom. Quiet. Located near to the town centre, just 10-15 minutes walk to places of interest, bars, restaurants. Fifteen minutes' walk from the train station.

Nothing. As expected, no frills, but a good town/centre hotel.

The staff all spoke good English and were very happy to help with taxi bookings etc. Breakfast was of a reasonable quality and the bar adjacent to reception was a good addition. The hotel is in a good location for access to the local sites and for restaurants

The room we had was small and with little space to store our luggage.

Facility was being renovated. It didn't impact our room but it could be noisy in the building. The workers apparently used the elevator to reach work site and so floor of elevator was always dirty. Also the dumpster outside front door was ugly.

The hotel is great. The family room was spacious, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were top-notch. The breakfast was also excellent. There is private parking available just below the hotel. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the city center.

Overall Hotel & Staff were ok, evening staff very helpful when I had an accident in the town with calling the ambulance etc. nothing too much trouble Yes, the room was small but we found it compacked and ok we stayed for 7 nights and happy

The location is ideal for access to the old town of Beziers and their car park is located below the hotel so idea. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was very quiet with double windows each doubled glazed. So a goodnight sleep.

The room was very small. There wasn’t enough space to put the suitcases and very little hanging space. The breakfast was very average. Not a lot of selection. For example they had very small processed croissants rather than fresh full Size ones. Fruit salad was served but no other fresh fruit. For 16 euros I expected something better. Coffee however was excellent.

Good location few mins walk from city centre , excellent breakfast, kind staff, fully renovated and modern rooms.Underground parking.

Room was a bit small and tight, but OK for one night stay.

Friendly welcome by staff, available underground parking (this is top), kettle and fridge in room. Nice if you want to eat fruit and make yourself a coffee when you want.
