Poor staff. Not attentive. Don't take away dishes as you finish, don't come over at bkfast to ask you if you want coffee, eggs (did not realise you could order until I saw another client getting eggs...) Basically you end doing yourself as the customer, as don't they come over to help. Dinner was the worst, waiting time awful (sitting down at 8pm, main dish came in at 10.15 despite having 4 little kids). Not under staffed just poorly staffed. The bakery service is pretty bad too, 15min for our coffee to arrive and it was obv cold as been standing on the counter for all that time.

The location, and the global offer for Bev and food, diff levels and typologie. I trued the Michelin restaurant, the brasserie,the cafe pastry. Special mention for the team who’s so good at hotel and quite good at the Michelin star. All the rest were as hotel reception and reservation,amazing.

Really the size of the bedroom. 770 euros for that size…!

Facilities are fantastic and personnel extremely nice. Breakfast is amazing. Overall I would come back.

Room (advertised as 24sqm) was smaller than expected especially toilet which was minuscule.

5 star hotel & service. Excellent amenities (gym, restaurant, brunch,). Walking distance to the beach. Onsite Bike rental to explore the Dune & bike to Arcachon. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. Beautiful setting. Highly recommend a stay or visit

Brilliant staff; great location; great food; navette service to the Co(o)orniche.

Noisy children around the swimming pool - some noise with children is to be expected and is fine but when it goes on for more than 3 hours, it becomes a bit much and impacts our ability to relax.

LOVED everything about this hotel!!! Beautiful, stylish, clean, modern, comfortable. Loved hanging out at the pool. Great neighborhood. I can’t wait to go back. Exceeded my expectations!!

Super friendly staff and amazing food

The mattress was a little soft and collapsed in the middle, but the room overall was wonderful.

Atmosphere was great. incredibly comfortable. I was upgraded as it was my birthday! never hurts!

The restaurant wasn’t as good as the hotel. they wouldn’t let me on the merry go round 🤪

Sublime hotel with beautiful interior design nested in Pyla sur mer. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs. Great facilities and fantastic pastries/food.

Adjoining rooms along the corridor were too close to each other.
