We had an amazing weekend at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which made our trip even more special. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and attentive. The hotel bar serves fantastic cocktails, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun or in the spa. A special touch that made our stay even better was the warm welcome for our dog! She was greeted with surprise treats and a bowl in our room, which was such a thoughtful detail. It was a great experience for all of us. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Although my room wasn't great, the overall hotel was outstanding. We spent so much time in the pool and spa and loved every minute. It was so relaxing which we needed. Excellent breakfast as well. Very luxurious property.

Unfortunately my room wasn't the greatest. One of the only rooms without a balcony and over the main entrance. So when coaches came in to load up groups, they normally kept their engines running and it woke me up. Also, at breakfast once I went to get a second cappuchino from the machine and they had been turned off (end of breakfast service) so I was told to go to the bar. However, the bar charged me 7 euros ... very disappointing !

Location is perfect just around the corner from a beautiful sandy beach and lovely little restaurant. Spa is superb. Every treatment was excellent. Indoor pool, Haman and sauna were fabulous . Excellent muscle relaxing jets in the pool . Outdoor pool is also great - a nice length for swimming laps. Water refreshing

Building another hotel opposite - so a bit noisy.

We asked for a room with a walk-in shower and were given a room with disabled access. This meant that the bathroom was nice and big. The room had a balcony, which we enjoyed. The indoor heated pool is relaxing and free on-site parking was a bonus.

I thought being charged €5 for a flimsy cloth swim cap (for the indoor pool) was a bit petty for a €275 per night room. Since people go there for the spa facilities, you'd think they could just throw in the silly little spa cap.

Very well located 3 mins walk from the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent I left a number of items behind, including a jewellery pouch 🙈 and the team organised for it to be returned to me very quickly.

Breakfast tables were not prepared so it was annoying to have it go and down many times to get all you needed to eat your breakfast

The hotel, spa , location and the great team working at Thalazur Arcachon.

They could improve by showing their customers around the hotel and sap areas and Thames time to explain what’s available. Just little information will go long way.

Nice room, a lot of space. Perfect with the room service. Very friendly staff.

There were huge, noisy construction activities in front of the balcony, between hotel and the sea. Of course not to be avoided, but information before would have been fair. Then there would have been the choice of another room. Although sea side no view.

We liked the spa pool and the outdoor one. The restaurant was very good too. The nearness to the sea was lovely. The town was great & the surrounding places to visit. Our room & outlook was enjoyable too. Good parking as well.

Nothing really. It is a shame that there is the construction site nearby, but there was no work going on, no noise or other nuisance.

Location was really close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast choice was extensive and fresh. Lovely décor and super-friendly staff

The €25 a night charge for our dog was extortionate ! We didnt even get given a water bowl or even a dog biscuit for that money!
