The place is good, but we had some issues with it. We had booked accommodation for two people for seven nights in a two bedroom apartment. When we asked about the price to have two people join us for one night, the host asked for 50 euro. We thought it was a lot for one night, as in the advertisements the difference in price for two or four people is less than 10 euro per night. We pointed this out to the host who defended his request in a way that made little sense to us. It seemed that the host thought it was a good opportunity to charge as much as he could, given that it was too late for us to find an alternative.  To us it seemed a little strange as wanting to invite our friends was a sign that we liked the place and wanted to show it to other people, who might also want to stay in the future. Instead of having two or maybe four returning guests, he prefers to charge as much as he can for one night. It is a pity as prior to this exchange, we would have been happy to visit again.  I see that the host likes to reply to reviews, so I attach the text of our exchange so there is no misunderstanding. 
 Also not mentioned on booking.com is a cleaning fee of €65-€90, although it was not clear to us under what circumstances it is charged. We cleaned the apartment ourselves rather than pay this fee. I have attached a photo of the advice about the fee, which we did not see on the website or on booking.com, but only found out about upon arrival. We found it awkward to have to clean the apartment for inspection before we could leave, without knowing what standard of cleanliness was expected. In the end we were not charged but we felt like this was hanging over our heads all week.   Otherwise the place is very good, in particular for cyclists or snow sports, as for each flat there is also a storage room at ground level large enough for several bikes/snow equipment. You will need to bring your own towels and soap, etc. The flat has a spacious sitting

Fantastic stay. Loved the saunas and pool, super nice way to relax. The steam room was also really amazing. There is nice outdoor entertainment such as ping pong and yard games. Comfy beds and a large variety of utensils, pots and pans in the kitchen. Great living room area. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Would definitely return!

Only 1 roll of toilet paper for a 2 night stay with 4 people. Would also be nice to provide some small towels or wipes if asked to clean. Had to walk through a puddle of water before entering and exiting sauna/pool area which always made the floor in the hallway wet.

Great location, fantastic amenities (pools, spa, bbq etc…), clean and functional units. Friendly and caring host

Loved our time here. Excellent facilities nice accommodation enjoyed the sauna and pool (swimming "machine" is great addition for a proper swim). The hills and lakes are good walking and activity areas if you go out of the winter season. Accommodation includes lockable storage for outdoor equipment and good parking. All was new and well thought out and designed.

Great host was real patient with the no French speaking. We had a great time and only wish the stay could have been longer.

After we booked we received a message from the host to bring bathroom towels / hand towels / towels for the kitchen (!) … and apparently toilet paper (the host sent a super lengthy message twice - where the toilet paper was solely mentioned once) - so we didnt bring toilet paper and when we asked for the toilet paper, the host told us that he told us to bring. We said that we didnt receive such instruction (in the end we had but it was only mentioned in the first ENORMOUS message he sent). After we insisted he brought us 2 rolls and the day after he chased us because he said he already asked us to bring aka we were notified. there was a cleaning fee even though it was booked via booking and not airbnb-so basically the host asked us to clean before we leave otherwise we would have to pay 65€. We went on a 2day trip and instead of being stress free we had to think 3000 things. Also, there was no hand soap and no shower gel…In our view these are the minimum that an appartment should offer in particular when the hosts received a fee of 546eur. The couch bed was very bad quality (too noisy and uncomfortable) we were 2 people sleeping on it and every time sb would make move you could hear it even in the bedroom next door. Last but not least the host was very rude and made fun of our french. He was sarcastic and made us feel discriminated because we were not french. Overall not friendly.
