I have booked this hotel a few months in advance because I wanted a hotel with SPA and close to the lake. 🤩🏞 Location 📍: The hotel is very well placed at the shores of Gerardmer Lake. It is easy to find on the way, it is very well placed, at a walking distance from shops, restaurants, and other interest points. Facilities 🛏 : The hotel offers nice cozy rooms with or without view to the lake. I have chosen a room with a stunning view to the lake and mountains 🏞. In the room you have a small fridge, a kettle, shower, toilet, and balcony. In the hallways, you will find water dispensers. The hotel has a private parking space 🚘 and a heated pool. You will receive a nice card holder with the access card for the room, the password for the internet, and the code to enter the building after 23:00. Extra services🪔: the hotel offers SPA services (sauna, hamam, jacuzzi🛁) for an extra charge and with reservation🕔. They also offer massage 👐 or beauty services through an external provider. You can also choose to take breakfast 🥞🥖🥚🍶☕️there for an extra charge. Every service that you opt for will be paid at the end of your stay. 👍👏 You can also choose to have dinner at their restaurant Cote Lac, whose menu📋 you will find in your room. The staff 👧: I have found the staff very respectful, helpful, welcoming, and ready to help with any information. They are always present at the front desk for any issue or question that you might have.👏👍🙏 After spending 3 nights there, I have to praise the quality of services (room, view, pool, spa), the kindness of the staff, and the quality and taste of the food served for breakfast that is produced there.

I only have two small complaints: - I didn't find the breakfast varied enough (I missed some vegetables) - the quality of the internet was very bad, at least in our room.

We had a double room, with a balcony that had a table and 2 chairs, overlooking the lake. The area is quiet and the view is exceptional. We were lucky that the weather was good, so we could sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were welcoming and friendly, providing a good service. The hotel was easy to find and the booking was straightforward. We had a room only and didn't use the Spa facilities as we were only there for 1 night. The restaurant is closed on a Wednesday evening. We utilised the garage, which was an extra 15 euros, however, there is plenty of parking on site. There is a fridge in the room, together with a TV, walk in shower, hairdryer, toiletries etc plus a separate toilet. The room was immaculately presented and the bed was very comfortable. People were sitting on the bar terrace, which was open to walk in customers and guests of the hotel. The area is flat, so walking into town would be very easy. This is a great place to stay.

We thought the room would have been better designed if the bed and TV were swapped around, so that you could see the lake when sitting in bed - a minor criticism!

Lake view. Balcony with room. Location of hotel within walking distance of restaurants, shops & supermarkets. Good sized swimming pool. Small fridge in room. Free parking.

No air conditioning (but we knew this before we reserved). Airconditioning would have allowed us to cool the room at night, as well as reduce outside noise. Very small safe in the room which, although better than nothing, was impractical. Room & clothes' hanging space small for 10 nights, but appreciated rain shower & separate wc.

Perfect stay. The view in front of the lake exceptional ! A bit noisy due to the Triathlon of Gerardmer (I was not informed) but super nice ! Travel with my little dog; everything was prepared in the room. The restaurant is nice too and the terrace beautiful in front the lake

If I have to say something, I would say : add body lotion in the bathroom and a Nespresso (instant coffee/tea only) but everything was perfect

The room we stayed in has a very stunning view of the Gerardmer lake. The room is also spacious and the bed is very comfy. On the 1st floor there is the wellness center. We went there twice to enjoy hamam, sauna, and jacuzzi. The quailty of the food in the restaurant is also exceeding our expectation.

The hot pool wan’t hot as we expected. It was set on 25 degree Celcious, still felt a bit cold during winter.

Great view from.our room over the lake, good sized room. The half board option was excellent with delicious choices. The breakfast was exceptional.

Main thing was that there was a bath with shower over which was very high to get out of and there was no hand rail to help. Also, no air conditioning which meant we wanted to open a window but there was only a door to open...not very practical.

Right on the lake. Lots of places to eat. Swimming pool was a bonus.

Didn't find staff friendly. Waited 15 minutes at the bar for a drink and nobody to serve despite the receptionist trying to find someone. Gave up and went elsewhere. Plenty of other places just outside hotel.

Newly refurbished room was an excellent standard. The staff were warm and welcoming. The location and view were excellent. Overall we felt this was very good value for money

Air conditioning would have been helpful, although there are large patio doors you can open for ventilation.

Superb location. Garage. Parking. Dinners were very nice in a lovely restaurant.

Breakfast was hard work. Too many people at the same time walking to and from the separate room where the buffet was located. Really annoying start to the day.

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom was large with a spacious shower. shower gel etc provided along with good coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast was delicious, so many options it was difficult to choose. stunning location, right on the lake.

we would have felt a bit better if the car park door had been closed in the evenings as we were traveling on a motorbike.
