This hotel is very easy to locate, is central to the town and the lake. Car parking is readily accessible both to the rear of the hotel and also with plenty of on street parking which is free. Reception were very friendly and our room was of a generous size and the bed most comfortable. It included a balcony with table and chairs through for our 4 days the weather did not permit their use. Breakfast was extra but well worth the 10€ with plenty to select from and of good quality too. There is a good size bar and lounge area. The staff were most helpful and always wore a smile. They appeared to enjoy their positions We would certainly look to book again and can recommend this hotel to all.

For a 3* hotel of this nature, it would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were happy to provide a jug of milk when requested

Nice and cosy hotel, great location, amazing atmosphere inside. I felt very very comfortable there and would definitely recommend it as a great value for money!

Reception staff might speak a bit better English (for non-French speaking tourists). That said, they were friendly, and always helped to the possible extent. Choice for breakfast was limited, but is OK, considering it’s only 12 euros.

Bargaining for an extra fan with the hotel owner, as there were many available unclaimed. Maybe the owner had a bad day. Bedroom Coffee/Tea making facility is always a plus

We arrived much later than expected so called the hotel to notify them and ask them if that would be a problem. They kindly replied it was not a problem and sent us a text with the way to get in via the night entrance using a code etc. Perfect! Bigger room than expected; really comfortable bed, big lovely shower, everything was perfectly clean and proper breakfast in the morning with a lot of choice. Good location near the lake (we could just about see it from our balcony).

The bar has limited opening times, would have liked a drink after a long ride from UK. No tea/coffee facilities in room and no dressing table

Lovely renovated old-school hotel. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, bathrooms and toilets.

Bed and pillow were a bit hard to my personal preference. Had a spare pillow in the closet, much fluffier. Perfect fit for averyone. :)

The water from the shower was impossible to contain without soaking the floor outside the screen, and was very slow to drain.

Room was great - we were upgraded to the suite - staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and nice shower. Location was perfect for a stroll in the center and a walk around the lake without forgetting a stop at the casino. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the facilities. Charming building as well.

Excellent location, ideal for motorcycle parking (gates locked at 8pm, tarmac, flat, no gravel), perfect.

Not really a fault but a kettle and tea/coffee in room is always nice and would have made the stay perfect.
