Fantastic location, just opposite the cathedral, with plenty of excellent cafes, bars and bakeries within 5 minute walking distance. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. While parking at €5 daily close to the hotel was offered, on-street parking outside the hotel was little more than €4 daily, in a very safe area, we availed of this instead. While slightly ‘tired’ appearance to the inside of the hotel, spotlessly clean bedroom with very comfy bed and well-utilised air conditioning! Fresh towels daily. Free WiFi with excellent signal. Certainly a stay and hotel of far higher quality than 2*.

Hotel situated in a good location. It had friendly staff that was willing to answer any questions. The AC was working and the shower had hot water. It was a very agreeable stay.

The elevator is very slow and very small which means it takes a lot of time taking your luggage to your room. Another small detail is the parking that the hotel offers uses a double park system which means you are either blocked or blocking another vehicle and therefore have to leave the keys to your vehicle at the hotel lobby.

Convenient location in the city centre. Comfortable bedroom. Parking was nearby although we were lucky to find a space on the street almost in front of the hotel.

Service offerings were limited e.g no food, but this was not much of an issue for us.

Great view from the window on the cathedral. No noises from the street heard. Spacious room, everything clean and working properly. Very helpful personal, provided me with hot water in a thermos to be able to make tea in my room.

The building is old, I could hear the footsteps of other guests in the corridor when they passed by my room. Very small elevator. No hot plates for the breakfast, though it was mentioned beforehand by the personal.

A very nice roomy apartment with a view of the Cathedral. The apartment was very nicely furnished with the kitchen having every appliance one would need. Plenty of towels and having a washing machine was also a bonus. My Family only stayed for one night but it would be perfect for anybody planning a long term stay. Very clean and tidy. Thank you.

The hotel was well set out over 4 floors, the duty manager spoke good English and was helpful with directions and suggestions for an evening meal. Our bedroom overlooked the cathedral square and had a large very comfortable double bed the ensuite bathroom was clean and had a modern very effective shower with steady pressure and heat. The breakfast was a buffet style

The Rodez one way system is a nightmare, and it is easy to overshoot the hotel location and have to try and get around again. The evening we stayed the town had a fete taking place and the centre was closed off with security barriers which were beside the hotel, the music was varied, very loud and ended with rap group which kept us awake & concluded at 0300. Whilst this was beyond the hotel's control, had we known we could have made alternative arrangements.

Central location near to several restaurants. Our room was very comfortable with view opposite the cathedral. Parking was available

Super location, right next to the cathedral in centre of Rodez. Simple, functional accommodation that ticks all the boxes.

Nothing, it meets all requirements.

Lovely welcome at reception. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped.

Air conditioning would be great. The night we stayed was quite warm but we could open windows at the back of the apartment. No lift as located in an old building but we managed fine.

Location was exceptional, but it's easy to miss the turning for the car park. However it was great to have a private car parking space in the centre of town and it was cheap. Jean Charles was very helpful with an excellent manner. All the facilities were adequate.

It would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.
