The hotel is in a great location with two excellent restaurants and a bar on site. There is a terrace outside of the brasserie, which is lovely. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size too. We ate at the brasserie and our meal was delicious. They have a very good choice of local beer and wine. We would recommend this hotel.

Marie was doing an amazing job juggling two or three jobs at once. Extra staff would have helped a lot, especially in the summer season, when it is that busy. There was often no one at reception as staff had to cover the bar, restaurant, and reception. Bottles of water would have been appreciated in the room. A bit more attention to little details would make a big difference.

We stayed in the apartment (last-minute booking and that was all that was available) and it was very comfortable, lots of room and all of the facilities that we need.

There was a list of things I had to clean before I left… to get my security deposit back that I paid on arrival… didn’t mind Cleaning, but just not used to going to a hotel and having to clean up after myself… lol 😄

Great hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Rooms very clean and everything you need, simple but good, excellent air conditioning.. Facilities very good, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor space, bar etc. Rouffach much quieter and maybe a bit tired compared to some of the other villages of the area. Could check in early and could leave our wine for the day after we checked out because of the heat.

The hotel is located abit outside from the city center but still remain in the walking distance, which make it a good spot, available parking nearby. Rooms are clean, simple and nice. The Swimmingpool with a jacuzzi and sauna area is nice but you have to go through the restaurant to enter it. The brewery (Chez Julien) was nice with good food.

Since the hotel is the old building we can hear people talking in the corridor. The television is attached to the wall but in the position where you could easily hit your head again it.

Traditional old building with lots of history. Nice atmosphere. Shabby-chic type room decor. Very large room. Bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Superb indoor pool area - you can actually swim in the pool!! Fluffy towels too.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Evening restaurant last orders at 18:30! Note: Limited restaurants in town so book in advance.

We stayed for 1 night and had a very pleasant stay. We came with two young children and stayed at the family suite, which was very comfortable. The hotel is charming, and has all the needed amenities. And a big plus: there is a pool and jacuzzi which the kids loved!

Rouffach is a wonderful, authentic and not very busy village South of Colmar. The hotel rooms were very quiet and had everything you need. The bed was quite comfortable. We will definitely come back and us the Domaine de Rouffach as a starting point for our Alsace excursions.

The staff are exceptional , very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean with plenty of parking available. Delicious breakfast. We stayed with our black Labrador and she was made to feel very welcome in all areas of the hotel. This is our second stay here and we would highly recommend to everyone

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Great location to explore the wine region. The bistro and restaurant that belong to the hotel are great, either you go for a regular dinner with Alsace kitchen (Bistro) of you go for the full French fine dining experience in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet in the morning was wonderful too, even offering fresh pastries, apple pie and a glass of sparkling wine.

The rooms, though well cleaned, feel old and are in poor condition. The swimming pool is too small for the size of the hotel, every square cm was used by someone.

The pool and sauna facilities were great. The staff at the hotel was also very nice and accommodating. Good size rooms and bathroom. The views around the hotel are also spectacular. Breakfast was great.
