The bearded gentleman at the reception (I think he was the hotel owner) was extremely attentive, kind and helpful. He gave us good information about the city. Everything was exactly as we expected, nothing less, nothing more. It was right in the city center and right across from the big shopping mall. They let us store our luggages after check-out up until the night time.

I really loved the location in the very centre of town, the staff was really kind and helpful, the room was big and clean. A spacious free parking is just behind the hotel ( to find it, you have to drive along rue Colmar, past the hotel and turn right into the parallel street) . Then you can leave your care safely , take your luggage and enter the hotel from the back door. It's not difficult at all! I have a small dog and they didn't ask me to pay for him!

There is no WiFi and no air conditioning, but it was not a problem at all. You can open the big windows to let air in. The street is sometimes noisy but it's just because the hotel is in the very centre of town.

The receptionist (probably the hotel owner?) was incredibly kind and attentive. Considering the low price, the free parking, great location, and even a bathtub were amazing. In the morning, he even came out to guide us on the road when we were leaving with the car — we were so thankful. Simply the best!

The accommodation was very much in line with expectations. We only needed to stay one night as we were travelling towards home again. Parking was good. Bit difficult to find but I suppose that is why the hotel reached out to us to know when we were arriving and be prepared. Price-quality is good.

Air condition would have made it more comfortable, but then again most air conditioned hotel rooms are too hot anyway.

Excellent location just outside the city centre. We had read on booking that it was noisy as the hotel was right on the street, but we only heard it in the morning when we were getting ready to go further afield. No air conditioning, fortunately the weather was pleasant and it didn't bother us at all. Family room large, with table and chairs. Bathroom in the room.

Parking is a little complicated, as you cannot enter the car park from the street side. There should be clear instructions (perhaps an address) on the hotel website on how to get to the car park next to the hotel.

Good location for town. Clean basic hotel. Good value. On-site parking. Motorcycles were safe out back. Honest staff. My mate left his wallet in the room and had to go back. Was met at reception with it. Nice.

No kettle or tea making facilities. I like a brew in the morning.

The rooms were an adequate size, well equipped for storage. Very clean.

The outside appearance could be better. It looks grubby and perhaps not good for a solo traveler. This was completely wrong but a shame nonetheless.

The location is very good, very close to many shopping places, the train station and restaurants. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, but we would especially like to very thank the receptionist gentleman. Our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed and toiletries were renewed.

There is nothing we don't like

Friendly staff were really helpful, rooms were clean and everything worked. Easy walk to town centre from hotel and large car park. In the morning we discovered our car was covered in bird crap and a member of staff volunteered to get a bucket of hot soapy water and cleaned it off for us. Beyond the call of duty.

Just a minor problem, when you sat up in bed and leaned against the wall, the bed would move away from the wall across the floor.

The room was big enough for a family of 4, the bathroom clean. We had a big parking just behind the hotel, in a inner courtyard. The city center is very closed to the hotel. The old man from the reception very polite.

The room was a little bit old dated.
