It was wonderful accommodation, warm hospitality, kind touches with presented sweets,cookies, for wonderful greetings at the reception and during breakfast. We really felt like we were in a family circle, which is missing in today's smartphone life. Additionally every minute of our stay was refined by high-level of service and customer-oriented approach, which Team of Berti Hotel demonstrated perfectly. This definitely was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in traveling to more than 40 countries. It is a great value that care and perfect service created an atmosphere of magic Christmas celebration and relaxe during our vacation. And it was magnificent actions of Berti Hotel team and they created a great Christmas fairy tale. This is very valuable and unforgettable. We really appreciate it. I hope there will be another opportunity to return soon. This hotel and Team deserve 20 stars !!!

The location was perfect for walking from the station and also easy reach of the historic centre. Apart from a slight problem on arrival (the key to our room couldn't be found and the new member of staff didn't seem to know what to do) the staff, especially Massima, were excellent.

We had dinner there 1 night and it wasn't great to be honest. There is a suberp restaurant - L'Oxalis - a short walk away.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it is near city centre but in a very calm and quiet street. Breakfast was delicious! They even got us gluten-free bread. The women working the reception were really nice and friendly and they told us everything we needed to know. There is a small garden that you can use to chill or eat breakfast. The hotel offers parking, but we stayed only one night and arrived in the afternoon, so it was cheaper for us to park in the street directly under our room window.

The hotel is only a few minutes, easy walk from the railway station and an easy walk to the town centre too. It was a perfect location for us. The breakfast was good. The first time we stayed, we had a larger room, which allowed us to spread out our luggage a little more than the second time, with a smaller room. However, as we were only staying for one night each time, it did not matter too much.

We would have preferred a kettle to be available, so that we could make a proper cup of tea and for there to have been two large cups, instead of only one. There was a coffee machine with pods but no decaffeinated coffee. Using the machine to produce hot water for tea does not make a proper cup of British tea!

Excellent location, close to the train station and the Centre, situated on a quiet street. A welcoming and beautifully decorated building. Very clean and bright room with the most comfortable bed, equipped with everything you need, even the coffee maker. We were greeted with small gifts, and the staff was particularly friendly and kind. Very good breakfast varied and quality. This accommodation exceeded all our expectations! Wished I could've stay longer. I would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect, I have nothing to complain about.

The lady at the reception was very friendly. She allowed me to practise my French as far as I could go and then spoke English with me when I got stuck. The hotel building is old but in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. The room was fine, the bed comfortable. As the hotel is located at the edge of the historical city centre, shops, restaurants, cafés etc were all in walking distance. There's a canal nearby which is nice for a walk. We found a parking space on the street directly in front of the hotel. Although the hotel is in the city centre, the location was very quiet. The breakfast was fine.

This was our second time at Berti Hotel while cycling the Eurovelo 6, and it was great again. They are very bicycle friendly already but are installing a new dedicated bicycle storage room ( with power points for ebikes as well). Great location near the eurovelo 6 and an easy walk to the cathedral, nice rooms , good breakfast, a relaxing courtyard to enjoy a coffee or wine ,and very helpful and friendly hosts.

The property is easy to get to and safe, just enough away from the center of town that it is quiet and relaxing. There was some construction and renovation going on outside but it was not at all intrusive or disturbing. The interior of the hotel is cool and quirky; my room was spacious and well laid out, very comfortable, and spotless. The staff were all so kind and friendly and helpful.

No complaints whatsoever. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but equipped with every comfort (comfortable bed and soft pillows, excellent bathroom, and a coffee machine). A fabulous breakfast and an equally excellent location near the charming center of Mulhouse made our stay fantastic and relaxing. I highly recommend this place, even if it's just for one night.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. She came out to show where to park our motorcycles within the grounds of the hotel. The hotel and the rooms were clean, we asked for 2 rooms close together and this was accommodated. As we were leaving early we opted not to have breakfast on this occasion. When we left the following morning the receptionist helped my wife with her bags and waved us off. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we were in the area.
