Lovely friendly staff, excellent location (Mulhouse is a beautiful town), good breakfast.

The hotel doesn't have private parking (which we thought it had based on the description)..this was slightly annoying after a very long drive however we did eventually find some secure underground parking nearby. Also the bedroom was starting to look a bit worn (eg damaged floor strip on the way into the bathroom which will cause an injury to someone at some point).

Great location central Mulhouse, fantastic for visiting both Colmar and Mulhouse and though the price was high during the christmas markets, it was still not as crazy as in most places. Staff was super friendly, premises were nice and clean, room and bed cozy. High price could include breakfast and mini fridge would be a great addition. Would be nice to have the pre-info's sent out in English (and adding non-french channels) for international guests. The mulled wine was a nice touch! Great place!

Good location, only 10 minutes to the sights in town. Clean room, friendly staff. Private car park available.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom, most probably coming from the pipes of the bath tub. Not much storing space in the bathroom, we had to improvise. For the car park, you need to leave the hotel and walk around the corner. The car park gate is quite an old system, the wings need to be moved manually. But it worked.

For a one-night stay while in transition this is a fine place. The rooms are very small with very limited options to sit down or work, but quite functional. The bathroom was very nice.

My room, 406, faced the main room, and I could hear music, shouting, honking noises, and starting at around 5am the light rail drove by ever 15 minutes. There was also a water dripping noise coming from the bathroom or hallway.

We liked the location of the hotel (directly at the city centre) and the very friendly stuff. Room had everything we needed for one night stay. Private parking was available but public parking was free on the weekend

Really good value for money. It’s not a five-star for sure, but really good value for money. Hotel has been recently renovated in 2022. Everything clean. Staff is super nice and helpful. Honestly you really get what you paid for. Highly recommend.

Had a really nice stay. The lady at the desk was really kind and tried to help us with everything. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a parking available and also breakfast for a little extra fee. The location is great. Would recommend this hotel.

The layout of the room was a bit weird. The bathroom was very small. As a tall person couldn’t really sit comfortably on the toilet.

The property is centrally located and has a private parking lot around the corner. It is very comfortable and very clean. Staff is professional and extremely kind. The breakfast buffet offers a nice selection of choices. We found complementary water, coffe and tea in our room and were able to check in as soon as we arrived.

We liked everything!

Good location, very clean and new, you get complimentary biscuits on arrival and water/coffee throughout your stay. The cleaning staff was very nice! We had in the room cups from the Christmas market and while we were away, one of the ladies had them cleaned which was very nice of her! The bed was comfortable, with nice big TV. The bathroom was also stylish and clean.

Bad noise isolation, some members of the reception staff barely speak English and have an attitude, there’s no fridge in the room. The door of the bathroom and the shower cabin were a bit poor, both not closing well

Very good location, easy access from motorway and right on the edge of the historical centre. Locked parking area 50 metres from hotel €10, you must book. Very comfortable clean modern room. Good value ( at least in May)
