Clean and cosy room, nice and warm on a cold November weekend, that met the expectations of the B&B Hotel brand. Location was ideal, a 5 minutes walk from the city centre, with trams to the railway station stopping right outside of the door. Weather wasn't the best but there's some excellent museums both in Mulhouse and in nearby Basel.

A first world problem but it was annoying to have to re-register for the wi-fi (enter your name, email address, phone number etc) seemingly every time I returned to the room (a tip for future guests: the dropdown of phone number country codes, eg +44 for UK, which initially seemed random, is sorted by country name, although the country names are not shown). It would have been nice to have had a kettle.

Fairly close to the city center. The man at the reception was very nice and patient despite having to deal with a whole crowd of people. The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The room was slightly on the small side, although this should not be considered a dealbreaker. The window was hooked on something, so you could open it only a bit.

A modest hotel with a clean room. The downside was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. On the bright side, the receptionist Adam was incredibly kind—he helped me a lot with parking, gave me great tips, and even arranged food delivery from a restaurant to the hotel. Also Dinara in the morning was very helpful! Thank you!

Room was clean and a decent size. Small bathroom but everything you need there. Spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast. Attentive, professional and friendly staff. Especially the young lady who checked us in. Free parking in secure underground facility over the road. No keys to worry about - everything is on pass codes. Great location, about 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Good value.

The only minus is that both latch and restrictor were broken on our 4th floor window. Ok for us, but a concern that this has not been repaired.

Overall, the hotel is good value for money. The room was tiny but clean and the breakfast was good. The location is central it is easy to walk from the train station.

If you travel with more luggage than a backpack, it would be a challenge to fit into the room.

The receptionist was very helpful. The price for a private car park only 6€ and additional 6€ for our dog. It is a very reasonable price. We stayed only 1 night so it was good enough for the price we paid .

Maybe a bit of smell from the pipes in the bathroom.

The receptionist was really helpful she provided us with a extra babybed and Airco in our room. Was not working she had a fan for us it helped us a lot. Breakfast was good.room for 1 night was big enough. The bed was also good.

Receptionist Leticia helped us a lot with check in online Wizz air.The girl was kind and helpful all the time.She stayed 1 hour more in late night,because of us.I wish her all the best!

Internet was bed.Every day we lost connection and cut every hours and you have to again and again write;name,nb.of room,email..etc.Lost time on it

Very clean, comfortable room. Close to the city center and the Christmas market (5 min walking). It's also a perfect choice as a homebase to explore the Alsace region as the train and bus connections are exceptional: frequent, cheap and easy to use. I would defiantly recommend it and for sure stay here again!

The room was cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. Acces to transportation is great (right in front of tram station) The front desk is open 24h which is really great
