The location. Many stores around. The beautiful church is near the hotel. The Mulhouse museum is next to the church. The hotel is so interesting decorated. We linked it a lot.

Our first room had some issues but Timothee was so nice and helped us accommodate in other 2 ones, for our 7 nights stay. I wish they could serve something else than omelette and bacon as cooked options at breakfast. Maybe alternate with fried eggs. The lady from the kitchen is so kind but no english from her whatsoever.

Quirky, beautiful decor, friendly staff, we arrived after midnight and they easily accommodated us. Bar was open serving till 1am and the friendly staff member Annaca stayed chatting with us till long after while we enjoyed our drinks. Comfy bed, standard clean pretty 3 star room & bathroom. Great selection at breakfast - initially it seemed there wasn't much left and then they replenished everything with fresh food after 9:30, despite breakfast finishing at 10:30, which was really helpful. Lovely pastries and bread. plenty of fruit, yoghurt, homemade jams, omelette, bacon, fruit juice, good coffee in the machines, the works.

Anika the receptionist was great we arrived very late and we were hungry she went above and beyond by ordering in food for us from one of the only places left open at that time . She made us feel so comfortable after a long stressful day of driving . Great comfy beds also and breakfast was good very relaxed, hotel itself is so quirky really interesting.

We had difficulty finding the parking as it’s not at the address of hotel , you’ve to go to another place that’s not pedestrian to park your car , but once we found it it was conveniently underground of the hotel . This was explained in a email but we didn’t see it until we arrived at hotel .

The room was big and comfy. (We also had an upgrade from booking.) There is a bath tub. The stuff, especially Suada helped us to get our room, find restaurants etc. She was a warm welcomer ☺️ The Hotel was the center of Mulhouse, so we can walk to the Cathedral, Mozart Cafe, Rathause, Carrefour, markets, local shops and big lebels at the same time. The entrance was amazing, I love the interiors.

The room wasnt hot enough but Matthieu gave us an extra heater. There are small Windows.

Hotel is right in the centre of the city close to everything. The reception staff are polite and friendly. They were particularly helpful when my husband lost his wedding ring in our room. They found it after we left and arranged for it to be sent to us. The hotel is quirky and fun. The bed was super comfortable - best we had on our trip around the Alsace. The bathroom is a little outdated but is clean and serves its purpose. The air conditioning was ok - it could have been better but considering it was about 33 degrees outside we were very glad to have it. We also appreciated the blackout blinds which helped keep the heat out and for us to have a great sleep.

We were disappointed with breakfast. The food is located in various parts of the breakfast area. Nobody explained the layout - we tried to figure it out but sadly had to keep asking for things. We were also very disappointed with the breads and croissants on offer - very poor quality. And as I read in a previous comment the server with the headphones is still wearing his headphones. Bizarre.

I would have given a 10 for the hotel, but as we didn't have breakfast have to hold back. The room was spacious and clean, with an airy and modern feel. The location is brilliant, places to eat and drink just around the corner, on the heritage trail and best of all less than 10 minute walk from the Porte Jeune tram stop which enables you to go anywhere in the city (4.50 euros for 24 hours travel).

Nothing. I'm not sure if the hotel had WI FI, we used mobile data, and a code for WI FI wasn't obvious. I can't comment on the breakfast, as we needed to be out early and don't tend to eat before 9 am

The location is great as you are residing directly in the city center itself. The staff is very helpful and friendly and speaks French, German and English fluently. The hotel is very clean. Public parking garage with direct access to the hotel. We haven’t tried the breakfast but went out instead as we wanted to enjoy the city.

It is quite noisy as the walls, doors and windows are a bit old and not the best quality. The rooftop bar next to the hotel is playing music until 11pm at least - ear plugs are recommended! Do not try to drive to the hotel, just follow the street signs for the public parking garage “Maréchaux”.

Stayed there for one night during Christmas. The lobby and the breakfast room were as such decorated beautifully—think of the movie ‘Home Alone’. Loved the breakfast with the various herbal teas, the manuell orange pressers (do It yourself) and the style they had going (assorted plates, fridges that you had to open to take out the milk, yoghurts and cold platter cuts). For the price of 90 Euros for one night for two, you can’t cut a better deal!

Personally, found the pillow a bit hard.

Bright, fantastic place in the center of the city. Magnificent view. Exceptional location! Very kind staff. The single room was great. Nice big bathroom. I enjoyed making delicious cup of loose leaf tea for breakfast! Will definitely come again!

The staff are of all ages, all of them nice in their own style. The interior of the hotel is funny, modern and welcoming. The best of all was the BREAKFAST. Cozy music on, warm decorations, rich buffet with tea & coffee, jam & nutcream, ham and eggs (a must), colorful fruits and veggies, and myriad of bakery products. Nothing will ever taste any close to its finesse. The home of croissant has proven its name.
