The hotel is well located lass than 10 minutes walk from the railway station and then 10 minutes walk from the centre of Mulhouse. The hotel seems to cater for all ages with a pool table in the foyer. The room was clean and comfortable and all appliances worked. Staff were on reception when we arrived and we were able to drop our key off in a box as we left. We had a buffet breakfast as part of our booking. The hotel appeared to be in a safe location. There was no external or internal noise within the property.

The room was quite small with a few design issues - the bedside lamp overhung the bed and we had to move both twin beds as a result. It would be easy to walk into the coat hangers on the way to the toilet. We hung our coats carefully to prevent this from happening.

Water, tea, coffee, and brioche were available in main reception free of charge during day and night. Microwave was available. You are allowed to use dinning area even late night. Check-in remains open even at night. Kids play area. Breakfast was good with a lot of options (fresh orange juice was a plus)

8km to 10km away from motorway but this only matter if you are travelling with car otherwise train station is right next to the hotel.

Excellent location if you travel by train - however you'd better have a room with the magnificent city view as opposed to the train tracks view. Relatively clean and neat hotel.

Probably we had a bit of bad luck but the fire alarm went on in the morning (false alarm), everybody went in the lobby and tried to have a breakfast at the same time. Obviously the architects did not plan for such event and the kitchen quickly ran out of capacity - not enough space to sit, not enough food and so on.

Close to Mulhouse station, not too noisy, relatively clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast

No towel for second person in twin room (despite asking at reception), low energy from one staff member when asking to leave bags at reception after checking out, could be more hot breakfast options

A nice hotel in a central location in the city. We made a stop here en route to Belgium from Italy. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast surpassed our expectations: a wide variety of treats which we enjoyed very much.

The pillows on the bed were very soft.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were kind & polite. Breakfast was decent. Location was great (~10min walk to center; ~2min to main train station). Rooms were cozy. Heating was excellent. Overall, very pleasant experience

There was no electric kettle in the room but, thankfully, there was a coffee/tea machine in the lobby

Location is the best, because train station is 2 min by walking distance, and we were so happy when come back from other cities and hotel was just a min from station. In lobby is a schedule for train, and also unlimited drinks on coffee machine and snacks! City center is 8 min by walking, so really good location, 30 min from Basel by train, 30 min from Colmar and about hour from Strasburg.

The location of the hotel, very close to the station and also the town centre for shops and restaurants. The early start for breakfast (from 04.00) and also the variety (including some extremely nice tarte de pomme, tarte de limon, etc.) The room was large and spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite, friendly and willing to help.

There were no hot options at breakfast (at least at 06.30) and it sometimes took staff a while to replenish empty dishes, fruit juice, etc. But minor gripes only.

Good hotel, conveniently located near the town centre. In spite of being next to the train station, it was quiet. Good breakfast and nice staff.

The bed for our daughter was not too comfortable. The breakfast area was quite small.

Good location, near city center. The breakfast was very good with wide spread of food options.

There is no room-garage for bicycle storage. However we were able to take them into our room, wich was large enough to do that.
