Not a five-star hotel but a perfectly fine overnight stay. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms in a (perceivably) safe neighbourhood within walking distance from the old town, shops and food places. Amazing beds, might be a little hard for some but honestly perfect for me. Unusual, but highly welcome: the shower and the tap both run very hot if needed. Stable wifi.

The parking situation was a little confusing. You have to check in first — otherwise you won't be able to drive into the parking lot. The receptionist spoke very little English (or German for that matter). We've been able to understand each other but a little more effort would've been great.

The secure underground parking, the room was simple but comfortable, except the pillow’s which weren’t to my liking too small and not the right support for me personally. The staff were excellent. The Euro adaptors I had wouldn’t work in the hotel, the night manager Regis (hope that’s how you spell it. Went out of his way to find us an adapter. (My daughter was very appreciative) when we went to return it he said keep it. So kind and helpful.

No bar or restaurant, after a 500 mile drive I would have ate the premises. This forced us to go into Mulhouse, which I’m now thankful for as it’s a great little town to visit and the food we had at Au Bureau Restaurant was great as was the service.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely. The pool was really nice too. Really pleased they accepted dogs too. The staff were exceptional. Spoke fantastic English and were really helpful. The parking was great too - felt nice and secure.

We had an apartment and it was smaller than we expected - silly really because when we looked back at the photos it was very accurate, but just felt a little small. The pool was all quite small - but lovely and warm and you can use it quite late so we ended up having it to ourselves for a short while :)

Good secure parking, supermarket and boulangerie nearby, good WiFi. The garage is just along the road but you need to check in first in order to get the code for the garage door. It is a bit tricky to do that as the little parking area beside the hotel is always full. So I had to get out of the car while my husband drove around the area until I checked in.

The pillows are not comfortable at all, very soft and bumpy. It is quite a rough area..didn’t feel very safe walking around.

Room had everything we needed. It was small, self catered "student" type accommodation. Quiet and efficient air conditioning. Secure and spacious parking garage with lift access to all floors of the hotel was very welcome as on road parking difficult. Nice to have a small pool in the heatwave we were experiencing. Convenient walking distrance to old town centre and a large supermarket.

Check in / Check out. Fairly obscure and easy to miss entrance and we needed to find somewhere to park as entrance to hotel car park could not be booked before arrival and no dedicated space for arrivals on road outside. Luckily reception staff were outside when we arrived to give us directions! Reception not always staffed so make sure you have a phone on you to call the number given for assistance, if required.

Piscine, sauna à disposition. Lit confortable. A 10 min à pied du centre.

I got an upgrade to a room with kitchenette - take care during booking, when you expect one. I could store my bike in the hotel luggage room.

First floor seem to be for smoking at some point in time.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were excellent as was the secure parking once you got in. There is a a 2km walk each way to the town centre but we did not mind - but you may.

The apartments are conveniently located - just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Reception staff were very welcoming and they speak good english. Comfy bed and spacious shower with good water pressure. Great to have access to a secured parking (the fee is 7 euros), as there's no free parking around the area. We didn't have breakfast, but we enjoyed the great boulangerie that's just a couple minutes walk from the hotel.

The apartment was quite different from the the pictures (quite smaller - and it didn't have a table). The hotel has a 10 euros fee for dogs, which I thought was a bit much - especially for tiny dogs like ours.
