Very warm room. Good shower. Comfy beds. Bar area. Evening staff were very friendly.

It's a about 20 minutes walk to the centre, but that we knew beforehand. They tried to check us in early but the room hadn't been cleaned, although the note on the door read it had, so that was a mix up, however the reception offered us a coffee. There was no cafe in the evening, but the 2 friendly ladies on reception helped with calling for a pizza, which we appreciated as it was freezing that night.

The facilities were fine. In front of a lake, we could hear the birds sing in the morning, was beautiful. Comfortable beds and room. Hot water, good space. Just what you need for a good rest. Close to the tram stop as well.

"Ibis style" - simple, clean, comfortable room. Very good location (easy access from highway, tram station to centre nearby hotel). Great advantage - safe, closed parking under roof.

Simplified breakfast - no scrambled egs, bacon or sausage (it was available during last stay).

Like always with Ibis, good price, not to much luxury but great beds, what is the main reason we pick Ibis when travelling.

Could use a bit of renovation work, but as said, if you just need a good night sleep everything is fine.

Secure underground parking for a motorcycle walking distance to Mulhouse and easy tram transport to visit museums etc

Ideal location for us as we’ve used this hotel previously.. Basic but comfortable secure off road parking for out motorcycles.

Great location. The path around the basin (lake) on the other side of the street is great for a morning walk or run.

Not possible to buy food/drinks when arriving late.

The staff are very helpful and polite , the quietness of the area. Thanks for the extra hour of check out.

The beds are small and not comfy , far from the center and train station. Needs attention to cleaning and room service.

Great breakfast. Funky hotel.

The duvets were double folded, and far too hot for the beds in Summer. Lack of power points next to the beds.

Breakfast was diversified and good, parking garage was good
