Stunning grounds, perfect if you want to get out of the busy city but stay close by enough if you need to go visit paris or versailles. Great facilities, pool can get very busy on very hot days but it must have been a special weekend when I visited. I ate at the bar restaurant and everything was just delicious! Very cosy beds, room was just the right size and good sized bathroom too.

Whilst the breakfast was fair, I wish they would have some options for vegans, like the baked pastries and maybe even something cooked like scrambled tofu!

I booked this hotel to stay on the weekend we were getting married, and informed the staff in advance. I was not disappointed: the team laid out a small bottle of (excellent) champagne in the room with a letter from the general manager wishing us the best on our wedding day, and we were upgraded to a beautiful room on the top floor, with views of the countryside and a lovely spacious layout. The room was comfortable and had good coffee available. We did not have time to stay for breakfast but we had a good night, and staff made us feel very welcome. The rooms and the entire space is spotless, brand new and tastefully decorated. To some it may appear a little prim or standardised, but I felt it provided enough sense of homeliness. It is also a very beautiful building out in the country, by a village yet quite close to Paris and a short drive from Versailles, so very good for tourism and sightseeing. There is a car park that's a little far in case of rain (5 min walk), but if you turn left on arrival, it leads you straight to the main building drop off (nice tree-lined drive). We did not get to try the spa and swimming facilities, nor the restaurant, but I'd definitely recommend the place as a hotel, it worked perfectly for us.

We would have been happy to stay longer, there was nothing we disliked.

The place is amazing. But also has its flaws. Service in the restaurant was questionable, our reservation was lost and we waited for 30 minutes to be served by a waiter. The food is great. Breakfast really impressed us. The hotel stay does cost its money. Room was clean and well organized. The spa is 6/10. Hammam and sauce are not hot enough, so you have to stay in them longer than usual.

Room was impeccable - plenty of charge points and very modern with good wardrobe space and amazing bathroom. TV is well placed and high quality. Could not ask for more.

Slight confusion regarding shuttle situation upon arrival and departure - hotel provides a shuttle service to help with luggage but this was a pleasant surprise and should be made more clear as it is an excellent service!

A super friendly and informative welcome from Bongo. Love the spa and restaurant experience. The bedroom was perfect for our needs and super comfy.

Nearly didn't get to use the SPA as wasn't aware it needed to be booked. It would be great to include that info in the emails sent to prior to arrival.

Unusual layout, excellent facilities, helpful staff, great restaurant, great breakfast, lovely location.

Parking a long way from the hotel, limited explanation of facilities on arrival, over tec heavy heating controls, cant imagine what would happen if there was a power cut!

Spa was nice. Room was clean and super comfortable. Staff is super friendly and attentive.

Missing information on hotel services, etc in the room. Not expecting a paper copy nowadays, but would suggest to setupa QR code people can reach a digital copy with information like spa hours, treatments, hotel info (breakfast times, room service, etc)

The cleanliness, the peace and calm, the spa, the rooms, it was an amazing stay!

The fact that it wasn’t stated that the pool belongs to the spa, it was a disappointment that there was no real pool belonging to the hotel and it was very expensive to pay by hour to stay tanning.

Hotel is absolutely amazing, excellent service. My mother uses a wheelchair and the staff were so accommodating and nothing was ever an issue. The restaurant and food is incredible too

Very nice grounds and garden, and very friendly service.

Spa has no hot tub, which was kind of disappointing. We were there on a chilly day and as the pool is partially outdoors, we were hoping it would be more like a hot sping/thermal bath. Eggs and sausage were a bit cold at breakfast.
