We stayed for a few days, and this hotel proved to be an ideal base from which to travel to the sites. It is well located, being across the road from a regular bus service to Versailles town, the palace, and the main train station with direct lines into Paris. The bus journey only takes about 10 minutes. There’s a large intermarche directly opposite, as well as a 24/7 laundromat. We also discovered a well-maintained public kick-around area with basketball hoops and some goal posts just a few minutes walk to the south of the hotel. The staff were excellent, and very accommodating. The buffet-style breakfast was great, freshly made and served the usual continental fare, dairy-free milk alternatives, as well as a cooked breakfast of sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, cold meats and cheese. A coffee machine and fresh tea was also available. The restaurant also served a variety of evening meals, and the chef adapted a pasta dish to be vegan for one of our group. The fact that the restaurant was open at all was a surprise and a relief, as the booking stated (in the small print, which I missed when making the booking, and only noticed after the booking), that it wouldn’t be open the week we were there. There was also a lounge area and a small bar serving cold draught beer on tap, bottled beers, a range of wines and various soft drinks. In the room, the bathroom was good, with a decent shower and hot water. The beds were as comfortable as we expected. The aircon was quiet and cool. General cleanliness was high. USB and plug wall-sockets provided ample charging points. A large TV provided a limited range of local channels.

The room was advertised as a three-person room, but really it was too small for the third bed. It seems unreasonable that we should pay full price for two rooms for a family of three, and so in future we would avoid booking a BW on this basis. Our room was located at the front of the hotel, overlooking the car park. I specifically asked for this, to keep an eye on the bikes, but we had to move rooms to the back, because lorries serving the hotel were making too much noise once they started arriving at what seemed like 1am onwards.

That there was parking and a disabled room. It surprised me that it was in such a quiet sleepy location. There was a good sized supermarket over the road to buy food for the day. It is a motel style small hotel so there wasn’t a huge amount of rooms with a long way to carry your things. I loved that it was about a 15 minute slow ride through Versailles to get to the palace. The room was quiet considering where we were. The staff were very friendly and had very good English to answer and questions that we had.

It was so convenient and easy to find. The supermarket across the road was useful as the restaurant was shut (we had been advised) breakfast was great, lots of choice. The staff were very helpful. We got a bus to the train and travelled into Paris and back, all for 12€ amazing value. We took the big bus tour which was great. If coming in high season book everything well in advance and check the website, the Louvre is closed on Tuesdays!!

We really love this hotel, it has everything we need, except for the personal/mini fridge, it would be nice to have it, especially if you are staying for 2 or more nights. But overall, it was really good, comfy and really clean. We love that it has a smart tv too, that we can cast our phones and watch Netflix or Disney. It may be a bit small but it served its purpose.

Not that we did not really like it but it would be good to collect the payment upon check in, instead of check out. To be honest, I forgot that we need to pay at the hotel as we have booked 3 hotels during the month of June and i forgot that it was this hotel that booking.com did not collect in advance so I was a bit surprised coz we did not pay yet and was embarrassed at the same time. But luckily, the receptionist was just calm.

The staff was really helpful, friendly and kind. The location is great if you are looking for peace and quiet. The breakfast is good enough. There are a lot of spaces available for parking the car, even big ones. The hotel is pet friendly, and it has a nice spot just behind the hotel where to have a good morning/evening walk with the dog

The shower drainage in my room was not working properly, the water would fill the shower floor after two minutes, and it could get to the bathroom floor quite fast. The stairs and the hall leading to the rooms in the first floor need renovation, the carpet is dusty and it has its better years behind.

Clean and comfortable with everything you would need for short stay. Good hot shower. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Bus stop and supermarket across the road. Bus to Palace of Versaille running hourly about 30 minutes duration.

All pretty good, but lacking in clothes hanging space due to size of room.

Nice comfortable room in a quiet location and very handy to have it accross the rd from an Intermarche'. Only about 15 minutes from Versaille castle. really nice staff.

The room was very small, even for europe and it lacked a small refrigerator. We would have loved to try the restaurant but the prices were too high for us and the menu too limited. We realize we were in the broad/ general Versailles area but feel the room was overpriced for the amenities and location.

Good room size. Convenient location.

Frustrating the restaurant was closed for guests all weekend but opened for coach trips. Also there was a half eaten bar of chocolate left in the room safe from a previous guest.

Pretty small room (but I knew it beforehand), The babybed did not have a mattress in it. My son was very uncomfortable.

There was nothing we didn’t like. We ate there every night so having a more varied menu (specials) would have made it even better
