The staff was very welcoming and kind, as well as helpful. The hotel is in the center of Versailles, close to a lot of amenities yet in a quiet and peaceful street. The room was spacious, private and quiet which was all we could have asked for. The hotel has a coffee shop/ bar ( I believe restaurant maybe as well) attached to it and therefore provides a lovely experience of enjoying a morning coffee on the cathedral square.

This hotel has a very good quality/price ratio, that being said the bed was comfy enough for one night but would have been painful would our stay had been longer. I think this place would really benefit from a design lift. However if you are looking for an affordable, minimum amenities, great location short stay accommodation - I would highly recommend that one.

The location of L’ESPERANCE was fantastic. It was a few blocks from the Palace of Versailles, which was insane! It is also located in a beautiful courtyard with a Church and tons of restaurants, pastry shops, grocery stores, etc. very close. In addition the food at the L’ESPERANCE's pub below was outstanding. The rooms are minimalistic style. It was a lovely stay in a great location.

The internet works best the lower you go down the stairs. If you are towards the third floor (and probably above), the signal is weaker. The children struggled with this, but as parents we enjoyed the time with our children without them glued to their phone. So, not too much of a problem.

I had a croissant and a cup of tea for breakfast. There are café tables and chairs outside in the square in front of a beautiful church. It's easy to get around or into Paris as there is a station about 5mins walk away.

The location doesn't have internet, which was expected as it was advertised, but it would be a nice addition. The power socket near the bed was about halfway down and didn't actually have a table or anything next to it. It's fine if you have a long cable to plug in but otherwise you'll just have to leave your phone/etc on the floor.

The breakfast was in the wonderful little café facing Place St. Louis. It was not included but still very affordable, like also the dishes of the menu og the café open on early morning until relatively late in the evening. Very easy walking distances.

Polite and efficient. Well located. Simple check in.

Possibly more facilities in the room eg. bedside lights.

Location was amazing and the surroundings were beautiful the restaurant associated with the hotel was very good and the breakfasts were exceptional

The internet wasn't working very well in the room and and so the tv wasn't working either

The stuff wasn't extremely friendly. The room has everything you need. The location is perfect. Warm, clean and quiet. You may have rest.

Some facilities need to be renewed.

A very warm room! And the most confortable matress that I have ever had in a French hotel room. All you need to spend the night after a late concert in Versailles Theatre.

Location, 5min walk from train station, restaurants near by, Versailles castle 10min walk.

Memory mattress, no kettle, hairdryer, noisy doors, no sockets near bed
