The location was excellent amidst the restaurants, bars and shops, and only a 15-minute walk to the Palace of Versailles. I was able to park the car securely behind a barrier in the courtyard, and the charge was very reasonable. Our room, in an annexe overlooking the courtyard, was quiet. We passed on the breakfast, and instead enjoyed coffee and croissants etc al fresco at a nearby boulangerie.

We didn't dislike anything, but there was no air conditioning, and opening the window allowed the mosquitos in. The hotel is, sort of, shabby chic, and facilities are not 'state of the art' but it had a certain quirky charm. There was no lift, but a member of staff carried the cases up to our room.

Lovely old hotel in the corner of a market square with lots of cafes, bars & restaurants all within walking distance. Very near to the Palace of Versailles, about a 10 minute walk. Has on site parking for a very reasonable rate, and a continental buffet breakfast each morning for an additional fee. Really clean, bed was comfy and has en-suite . Perfect stay if you like a bit of history as the building is quite old. This is our 3rd stay here and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else In Versailles.

We appreciated the parking on site, the room was very quiet if a little dated, the shower was fabulous, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. It was in a perfect location for visiting Versailles and the we're plenty if restaurants and bars within a short walk.

The room and bathroom were both quite small.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the Chateau du Versailles and many restaurants in the square where the hotel is located. Easy walking distance to the RER station if you want to travel into the centre of Paris which is around 30mins train ride

I have not stayed in may hotels in France so maybe it is the normal practice but I found paying for parking a little bit off

Very good location. 15 minutes walk to Versailles palace. Restaurants on the doorstep- value for money and good choice of menus. Easy parking in the courtyard. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast- very fresh and perfect boiled eggs!

Entrance and stairs very dated and worn- in dire need of renovation . Rather tired place but good value for money for the location.Did not affect our stay.

Location location location - perfect for a Palace visit - easy to find using a sat nav - surrounded by restaurants etc. Secure parking is great and we were given permission to leave our car there when we checked out so we could visit the palace- really nice gesture.

Stairs to our room - so you need to be able to manage that.

Lovely, traditional and friendly hotel. Location is fantastic & very comfortable accommodation, right in the heart of Versailles. Everything was great for a stay for the Olympics. The team were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was quite small, but very clean, well equipped and plenty of water pressure.

Superb location and private car parking with no hassles to leave car bit longer after check-out. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Room is clean , quiet and has standard bathroom facilities. Overall excellent value for money.

Charmingly styled and wonderful location with private parking. Choice of restaurants and bars on the hotel's doorstep is amazing.

I messaged the hotel when booking the room to explain that my daughter had a dairy free dietary requirement. It was very disappointing for her not to be offered at least Soya milk for her tea/coffee in the morning - she cannot be the only one who either by choice or necessity, prefers a non-dairy milk option.

Fantastic location and great staff. A person at reception afternoon was very helpful but all staff was very polite and nice. Large and clean rooms. Great neighbourhood, close to Versailles palace, transport to Paris and restaurants, shops. Private parking. Cheaper than staying in Paris.

Sound isolation - you can hear neighbours walking or taking shower.
