The location, right near the Palace of Versailles, is amazing! The room decor is tasteful and restful. The breakfast buffet was a favourite with the kids. The reception staff were really helpful.

Given the temperatures in summer, the fans in the room were insufficient. There's no air con.

Super location to enjoy all of Versailles! The staff we met were professional and helpful whenever we interacted with them. We hope to return soon.

I really liked to stay in the patio, however it was sometimes a bit cold. The breakfast was very good and diversified: I loved the eggs and omelettes that the lady was preparing us every morning. The bathrooms were nice and the bathtub was quite nice too. The staff was nice too

I can say that was a nice environment but I believe the rooms could be slightly cozier and warmer.

Entry level superior double bed off light well courtyard. Ease of access from train station and to Versailles palace as well as Notre Dame market district. Clever bathroom

Swing panel to block water from shower did not seal to tub well. Difficult to keep water in tub. If someone smokes in outer courtyard, smoke will come in room if windows open.

Clean and very well located hotel: close to Versailles Chateau and to the railway station

The hotel does not have AC, not even a fan in the room. It was very hot in the room. The people at the front desk do not know exactly what services the hotel provides. It took them 24 hours to find out they don’t sell tickets to Versailles castle anymore… But they still have this facility in their list and we missed the visit to the castle due to their lack of knowledge.

The property was very small and cute. The bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly!

It was quite hot in the room despite it being really cold outside. We had to keep cracking the window but unfortunately it rained during most of our my stay so it made the room feel a bit moist. The wifi was also unreliable and frequently stopped working and we would have to connect to another one of the hotels networks. There was also a strange sewage smell some days. The elevator was also quite small which it made it difficult for my sister and I to squeeze ourselves and our luggage into.

Room was cold - radiator did not heat up - lack of hot water - our room was on the 4th floor and the water did not stay hot long enough to shower .Would stay again but on lower floor

Breakfast was excellent. Good choices and lots on offer. Staff were obliging, friendly and unobtrusive. Nothing was too much for them. The location was excellent!, especially without a ca! Everything in comfortable walking distance.

There was nothing I’d change.

The check in and out was straight forward and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was provided at extra cost and was continental style which was fine. There was a good selection and the lady in charge would cook you eggs as well if you asked. The room was adequate and there were plenty of power sockets to plug in phone chargers etc. The shower in the bathroom was very good with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The hotel does not have private parking but there is an abundance of public parking right outside at a cost of 14 Euro's for 24hrs. You can see the Palace of Versailles from the Hotel I would estimate it was about an 800 metre walk. The train station was a short walk to take you into the heart of Paris to explore the other sites in the city.

The room didn't have had a kettle but there was free coffee in the lobby all day and night.

Great location with easy access to train (300m walk) and sights and shops in Versailles. Coffee machine available in foyer. Rooms well appointed and clean. No air conditioning but the fan was great for the hot weather. Secure bike parking is available for a small extra fee.

Air conditioning would have been good for the very hot weather.
