The staff was very nice. We arrived a bit earlier, but he rearranged the room for us so that we could check in immediately. He also informed us about the area, it was very clear and kind. I was worrying bout the parking because I've had heard that the space was limited. But I arrived there early Sunday afternoon and I could find my space easily. We could walk to Versailles Palace from the hotel, and it was also easy to go to Paris by train.

The water pressure of the shower was too low.

Great location, walking distance to the Palace, restaurants and the train station. Breakfast was very good with more options than what you typically see. Sam at the front desk was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He provided step by step directions on getting around on the trains with multiple transfers. We didn't have any problem getting to our destination in Paris, and back. Parking our large SUV at the hotel was easy. Overall a great stay!

This hotel is on a little side street and doesn't look like much from the outside. But it has been beautifully renovated and the room was very modern and clean. Great central A/C which was very important because France was having a heat wave. The bathroom was tiny, but newly renovated with excellent water pressure. You have to pay extra for a buffet breakfast every morning. But the breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The location was also good within walking distance of a train station and lots of restaurants and shops. They have nine parking spots in a tiny parking that costs 12 euros a day.

The room was tiny, almost no room to move around and cramped for two people. But it was spotless with great AC and a tiny but nice bathroom.

What a nice hotel! We particularly liked the breakfast (simple but very good choices, for each something) and loved the staff (really helpfull, reception personnel very nice and smiley), the neighborhood (very close to restaurants, a big nice market with fruits/vegetables and not only, cleanliness (we were pleasantly surprised the room was nicely cleaned, and used towels were changed after one night only).

An English TV channel would have been appreciated by my husband (who does not speak French and was interested in news).

Beautiful hotel, beautiful and comfortable bed, blanket and pillows. The staff was super friendly all the time and is always someone there, I love that from a hotel. Also they have a few parking lots, but without a possibility of reservation you need to be lucky, if no the next option is parking in the street. Is 10 minutes walking to Versalles palace but just take in consideration that is another 10 minutes from the parking to the real entrance, so if you walk from the hotel is in total 20 minutes. Is totally worth in price location relationship.

I felt a little cold and I tried to up the heater but always stay in the same temperature, but nothing that a extra sweater and extra blanket didn't solve.

Our room was perfect for us. We have two scooters. There was ample space to stow them away in the room. They didn't get in the way. The bathroom was fully handicap accessible with a shower seat and rain shower. I had the best shower.

Breakfast was served until 10:30. We came down at 10, they had run out of some items. Then we went down at 8, everything was available. You do need to set your eggs in the boiler if you want soft to hard boiled eggs. I learned how to do it. Then the eggs were great.

Excellent location near the heart of Versailles with plenty of quality restaurant options around the corner. Good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice machine! Good air-con.

En-suite shower room was rather 'cosy'. On arrival, despite arriving early, the car park was full and the member of staff wasn't particularly helpful. Thankfully we lucked out on the weekend and parked on the roadside and only paid for one day parking (40 Euros) as free on Sundays.

The room was small (urban area), my pants were soaked from arriving in the rain. I found myself wishing the room had clothes hangers for pants so they could dry. And I found pant clothes hangers in the room. Then I found myself wishing for an extra pillow and blanket and I found these things in the room. The accommodations very thoughtfully provided everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful (although thank goodness we were one of the first arrivals because the room became very loud and very busy with all the travel tours). We asked if we could leave our luggage while we visited Versailles and they accommodated this. When we came back from visiting Versailles we brought food purchased nearby and were so tired and asked if we could sit at the breakfast tables to eat and they let us. We interacted with 2 different employees and both were so pleasant and friendly and helpful and kind.

The bathroom is a "wet room" style - there should be a glass surround to keep the rest of the bathroom floor dry after taking a shower. Hotel guests do not want to shower and then walk back into the bathroom and get their feet or socks wet : /

Wonderful multilingual staff, comfortable beds, super breakfast, brilliant location. Altogether amazing, would definitely stay again. Also close to some fabulous restaurants and opposite the old hospital and gardens which were very tranquil. Excellent shower.

Liked everything. Someone was moaning about the small rooms. They aren't large but perfectly adequate. I don't go away to spend time in a hotel room. There were plenty of places to sit, relax and have a drink.

Short walk to Versailles Palace and very close to restaurants and cafes. Good value for money. Excellent staff, really friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks for purchase at front desk. Kettle and mugs available in the room. Fridge in the room.

We had a twin bed room and the beds were touching each other, no space between, but it was ok. Everything else was good, would definitely stay here again.
