Excellent location in centre of town, secure parking for our five motorcycles. Third time at this location, spotlessly clean, attentive and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. We ate out the in the town the night we stayed, but the restaurant seemed very popular with the locals which is always a good sign. Breakfast consisted of traditional continental fayre and also sausages and eggs. Very pleasant bar area for the evening too.

Nothing to fault.

The Ibis St Omer has improved a little this time, with new bathrooms. The staff were helpful and friendly if over stretched at check in times. They appreciate it when you speak some French. Ibis rooms are always a bit on the smal size, but the storage is still quite good.

We continue to think that the Ibis should provide a kettle for the price they charge. And more than two rather small and thin towels in a double room would be nice.

As usual every thing was perfect… Clean room, new addition of a fan… very appreciative as was warm! Didn’t take e breakfast but have in past and was lovely, all dietary catered for…

There isn’t anything not to like! Staff so helpful and very friendly, interested why you visiting, and advised on locations to visit. Helped me to by getting me a table in bar to eat due to me not able to eat at restaurant down to poorlo Arm!

Room was clean and bed comfortable, we don’t offen have breakfast but on the occasions we have nothing disappointed, We always eat in restaurant in evening, limited choice but all really recommended. Again staff excellent both front of house and kitchen!

Can’t fault anything From walking in to leaving, staff very welcoming, service very good and on several occasions the manager has been on reception and welcomed us back!

Room was clean and a good size.

I was so disappointed that they didn't cater for gluten intolerance, which is very unusual these days. It made meal choices very difficult and a bit hit and miss. Every meal was with frites...no fresh vegetables at all, or new potatoes, and no plain steamed or boiled rice (it had wheat pre-added apparently)..such a shame. However, most of the waiting staff tried to be helpful. There were no gluten-free choices at breakfast (no gf cereal or bread). I just had the oranges and grapefruit each morning and took my own yoghurt to avoid cross-contamination. Otherwise a pleasant stay..

Fabulous location in the heart of this beautiful town with easy car parking in the hotel's courtyard (at an extra cost). There is a well-stocked bar, and the breakfast (from 6.30 which suited out early start) was excellent. Friendly English-speaking staff too!

The room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The duvet was far too heavy for a warm August night.

A great hotel for an overnight stay. Perfect location for accessing the town with the availability of parking (extra charge). The breakfast is great and really sets you up for the day. Also it's not too much of a drive from the ports at Calais and Dunkirk.

There was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom but that wasn't a problem.

They the room every day! People working there for cleaning make a huge difference!!

Everything is ok. I would have love to have more fresh fruits for breakfast and fresh pressed juice. The patissery could be better. It is important to reflect French patisserie… A little bit far from the train station. Outside that, everything is really ok.

In the heart of the town right next to the Cathedral the accommodation was well placed. With secure on site parking it was perfect for motorcycles and cars. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the place had a good vibe about it. The room was small but functional and looked over the courtyard where the vehicles were (added security). The bar and restaurant catered for all tastes and breakfast had a good selection of foods for all tastes.

The only niggle was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, but to be fair, on request the staff were happy to provide hot water at least but you still needed to provide your own stash of drink sachets etc.

Always good value for money staying here and very convenient location for Le Shuttle. Staff very friendly, a good breakfast and secure parking. The evening meal was nice too.

Our room was a little smaller than usual but cosy all the same. One of the bedside lights was broken which we reported straight away. Fortunately the lighting in the room was ok so we managed.
