Lovely slightly quirky hotel in the centre of Cassel. We’ve stayed before and will stay again. Parking is easy. Host is great. Dog is super. Room clean and warm. It’s good value for money.

Nothing at this price point. Points to note is (1) there are 2 flights of stairs to get to your room and (2) there are no drink making facilities in the room.

Lovely owners, lovely dog, great location. Great size room and brilliant having a private entrance and bed was really comfy.

Nothing - just remember it’s a historic building with historical compromises - but owner is fantastic

Had an excellent stay in a spacious room with a view on the historic market place. Enjoyed the excellent quality food served in the restaurant at very democratic prices. Had some nice chats with the sympathetic and helpful staff while exploring the area. Looking forward to visit this place in summer.

It was very quaint and clean. Very French.

The macerator toilet system. The wet room was a bit tight but functional.

Large comfortable room with great outlook over the main square. Very welcoming hosts, wonderful evening meal and breakfast.

On street parking needs some kind of blue disc, but is free after 6pm.

Loved the location in the centre of Cassel. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We had a meal in the evening cooked by the owner and I have to say was superb.

Might have been an oversight but the bedroom carpet really needed a good clean and really let the property down

Room 2 was spacious &, in general, well-equipped. Easy, free parking outside.

TV had '33 channels' & 2 remotes, hence operation hopelessly complicated ! Room 2 noisy if you sleep with the window open.

The staff, nothing was too much. We arrived at almost midnight and they stayed up to greet us. The village and hotel location perfect. Breakfast great, lovely fresh breads.

One Bed too soft. Other room was better. Bath did not have a plug that fit. We would have put three people in turn in one bath. We did not ask for another, they may have been able to rectify.

Really good location in nice town. Owners were very pleasant and certainly made our stay memorable.

Nothing really, floors are a bit creaky, but all adds to the charm
