The accommodation is superb, recently renovated to the highest standard. The location is excellent being in the town and very convenient driving distance to channel transportation. The breakfast was wonderful and Frederique is a lovely host. We particularly liked the private, gated, parking facilities.

Everything was perfect - the room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. We were treated to a warm welcome and a fabulous breakfast the next morning. Enjoyed every moment!

Really nice quiet location - good private parking and facilities. Close to the centre of Steenvoorde for bars and restaurants. We had a good pizza, steak and chips and beers at The Set Table nearby. Great base to explore the north of France, especially if you are interested in WW1 and WW2 history. The quality of the accommodation is very good and clean. Very welcoming and helpful host who provided an excellent breakfast. For the quality of accommodation and service it was excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was immaculate and clean, warm and cosy and the bed comfortable. At night it was peaceful with no noise at all. Breakfast in the lovely guest area was also a pleasant experience. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Calm nice location, closed yard whether the kid could walk and play, nicely decorated rooms. The host even let us choose the room out of 2 available

When checking out I was told to at the reservation was already paid via booking, but I was asked to pay 30 euros on top of it, I don’t know why, but I did. A week after the property tried to charge my card as it appeared that the booking was not paid. So the payments are a mess.

Beautiful accommodation, room very spacious, very clean and comfortable - in a charming little town. we love the history of the place and work done to it. Owner is very kind and helpful, breakfast selection was delicious! We love the outdoor space as well. The surrounding is just beautiful.

Beautiful rooms in a stunning setting. So well thought out with everything you may want for a relaxing stay. I loved that there are only three rooms meaning all of the generous communal spaces, sofas and outdoor furniture are always available. The rooms themselves are beautifully decorated and provide every amenity you could want while also being wonderfully clean and comfortable.

Clean quiet, huge room, high quality fittings and furnishings, secure car parking and fabulous breakfast.
