Our family room was actually two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with double bed, one with two singles. On the lower floor there was a bathroom with shower and a small cosy lounge with a television. All spotlessly clean. Very quiet, no late noise. Only negative was no hair dryer but everything else was perfect. The breakfast was beautifully presented and plentiful. Local cheese, local yoghurts with fruit, at least five types of bread including croissants. Tea and coffee and fruit juice. Nothing was too much. Plentiful free parking. Windows had black out blinds. There is a courtyard with grass, pool and a covered outside eating area (if desired). We would definitely stay here again.
Only negative was no hair dryer in the room (but maybe you could borrow one you asked?)

We liked the location as it was only 25 minutes from Le Shuttle. It was quiet, the room was lovely and very clean. The property had great facilities like a beautiful garden and a heated swimming pool. We didn't use it but it would be nice in the warm weather. There was a lovely room where you could have a beer or coffee of your own or use the honesty bar for wine and beer, the prices were very reasonable. We're not sure if evening meals are served but some people in the guest book said they had Pizzas. Breakfast was served in a beautiful room and it was superb. The host was on hand at breakfast to serve if needed.
On arrival we were greeted by a young lady who gave us a very brief explanation of where we would be served breakfast, (we were actually served in another room), in French of course. That was it really. I think a little more effort could've been made to explain how the hotel worked. She made no attempt to speak English at all, not many young French people can't speak a little English, and seemed more interested in speaking on her mobile phone than serving the guests. The gentleman host at breakfast in the morning was very good and helpful.

Great hosts, lovely garden to sit and relax in. Communal kitchen facilities were available and wine could be purchased from there. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. No meats available but that didn't bother us.
description of rooms in booking.com is not accurate and should be corrected. I booked two rooms with terrace & garden view, yet there was only one. The other room was a (nicely) converted garage on the outside of the property, looking onto the drive.

This was a great little place. We only stayed one night on our way to Switzerland but wished we could have spent longer. Spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast. Common room with a tea/coffee making facilities and an honesty bar. Just far off the motorway to be relaxingly rural whilst still convenient.
If I was being really picky, the shower cubicle was a bit small but there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water so no real issue

This was a repeat visit (unusual for us!) but having stayed last September and found it to fit our needs for a quick night stop whilst en route we had no hesitation in using it again. It did not disappoint. Friendly staff, a clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast. Job done! This time we ventured into St Omer which has nice bars and restaurants and is only 10-15 mins away. We also visited the nearby V1/V2 storage and launch site from WW2 called La Coupole which was a fascinating and sobering reminder of the terrors of warfare.
Nothing to complain about :-)

Nice place to stay for a short stay. You will need car to go around. We enjoyed our stay and Host was helpful. They have a lovely garden which is quite peaceful..
Breakfast was quite cold and was not quite what the expectations was. french croissants and pain au chocolate felt quite stale. There were musli variety and stuff though but you expect french breakfast to be fresh warm and elaborate.

Easy to find. Very attractive accommodation overall. Host, who was out when we arrived, left a clear note on how to find our rooms. We're a family of 5 who booked 2 rooms opposite each other. Rooms were clean, spacious, very comfortable - large bathroom, hot shower. Breakfast was superb - great coffee, There are a couple of restaurants nearby, but these were closed (Thursday). St Omer is nearby which has some great restaurants! Highly recommend this place as an overnight stop!

David (the host) was very willing to accommodate a special request we made to have breakfast 30 minutes earlier than the normal time. This was because we had a channel crossing to catch.
It would have been great if the accommodation was able to provide an evening meal. The accommodation has a bar but this wasn't open during our visit. All of that said, there is a nice, small restaurant just 50m from the property and we were able to buy a bottle of wine from our host at a very fair price.

The place was immaculate, relaxing, and in a beautiful setting. The breakfast had local produce and was presented in fabulous surroundings. The swimming pool was a bonus also very clean. There is a communal kitchen where we could make different varieties of tea and coffee. There is also cutlery plates and fridge should you wish to bring your own dinner there to eat. The owners work very hard to run this place and are very friendly.
There was nothing I didn't like

Very comfortable room and bed, good location for Calais, common room with facilities, easy parking, excellent breakfast, restaurant less than 5 minutes walk away, very good communication from our host. Our toilet broke, but David was very helpful. We will definitely return.
We couldn’t find the milk pods in the shared area - apart from that, nothing!
