Charming property with a lot of character. The guest rooms are modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. We had selected a room with doors opening onto a small terrace which was delightful. Parking is available in the square right opposite and unrestricted except that you cannot drive in or out when the schoolchildren are arriving at or leaving school. The lovely village of Valmondois is well located for anyone driving around Paris on their way south or equally for exploring the Paris region. There are lovely footpaths including an old railway track and an uphill track through the woods. Not many facilities in the village itself but the very welcoming host will provide a basic evening meal if ordered in advance. Breakfast was plentiful with fruit, yoghurt and good coffee. All in all we were delighted with our stay and would highly recommend.

Where was not any restaurant open in the village on wednesday evening, but we did find very good restaurant in the next village. Little bit difficulties to have taxi but the owner helped us to get one in twenty minutes. Good to know forehand, but anyway problem easily solved!

This is an historic building with modern amenities. The bath and bed are over the top and the grounds are worthy of a garden publication!

We got the noisy room right on the main road. It was hard to sleep with the car lights and noise waking me up every so often. It didn't seem that the hotel was full so why not give us a better room?
