The location was perfect - straight outside was the Metro-station. The loft/apartment style was perfect with the kitchen, the pantry in the hall to get stuff you need etc.

1 - the hairdryer didn't blow hot just cold, 2 - the TV positioning doesn't invite to watch a movie or smth se we used a laptop in the bed area.

The location was perfect for us to get around Paris via the metro, the staff were excellent and welcoming, the room was well thought out and had everything we needed including a view of a football pitch. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch too. The roof terrace, everything was perfect.

I made a request for my fiance's birthday which was agreed but not unfortunately not fulfilled. Everything else was great

Location was a little far out from the main area of the center of Paris, but it was right across the street from a metro, so that made it a lot easier. I feel like the building and each floor was very secure. It was close to grocery. The space of the loft was great. All the little extras were provided ie toiletries, hair dryer, salt, tea bags, cooking utensils, cooking oil, scissors (never had that provided before and it really came in handy) iron etc. Style was super cool, even allowing you to change out artwork if you wanted. Never heard of that before. A very different concept, and I can see how it would work for longer term stays, especially for remote working. Lots of great storage throughout the loft. The kitchen table was huge allowing for potential food prep or a great working area to spread out all your things. Stairs to loft folded in so you could have more space during the day. Pantry down the hall allowed you to freely grab extra plates, frying pans, ice, brooms, towels etc. if needed.

We were right under the main gathering area, so the night of the party we could feel the bass of the live music, but it was minimal, and the overall quietness otherwise was great. I feel the couch needed to be changed. It was a little dirty.

Very nice place with everything you need for a working/leisure holiday! The rooms and facilities were excellent - great coffee and bar too.

It's not friendly for the mobility challenged people - the bed is raised with some steps which would not be suitable for the older community. I think that needs to be made more clear to avoid any booking mistakes

Zoku is situated close to the metro and RER stations, -15 minutes to the city center. Great surroundings - a lot of bakeries, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets are around. It's quite calm during the nights. Personal is polite and friendly. Great terrace on the roof! The kitchen is fully equipped. If you need smth extra, you could take it from the "Ali Baba Cave" - storage room on the same floor. Apartments are small but well-organized, with enough storage places. Shampoo and shower gel are present. Towels are changed every 3 days, as well as room cleaning. Nice view from the window. 2 Windows could be opened. Quiet air conditioning system.

Located right opposite the Porte Du Clichy underground metro station. easily accessible from Gare Du Nord Metro with a change at Chatelet . ( Caveat no elevators only escalators at some stations ) , Ease of check in , access control to floor and rooms , great supply of towels , room equipped with coffee maker and electric kettle . Exceptional cupboards drawers every where. Great morning view from full windows . Comfortable bed . Did not use the kitchen as we were outside the whole day. Liked the presence of two shops on the ground floor on either side of the entrance . One gave a decent coffee with a croissant at an incredible price. Worth it to have on the go . Loved the look of the coworking space

Zee Bathroom - eet is just so compact ! the shower head did not make for great bathing as spray was either desultory or pointed . and a tap would have helped . The floor could do with some grip . we had to lay a towel for safety .

The layout of the rooms were great! The loft style allowed for plenty of space for our luggage’s and items without a bed getting in the way taking up all the space. This gave us plenty of room to get changed, walk freely and not be cramped, which most places in Paris tend to be tiny. We also had two large check in luggage’s, two carry on luggage’s, a duffel and backpack (we were in Europe for awhile), so this place was perfect for our needs. It was also very clean, new, and had a modern feel. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable. Had all the “household” items you would need (kitchen pots/pans, iron, hairdryer, fridge and dishwasher, etc). Rooms were also quite sound proof which was important to us. The communal co-working space was also great and had things we didn’t expect to need but did, like a printer. Staff and service was excellent as well, they offered a free breakfast for a night for us due to a disturbance we encountered one night, and the breakfast was fantastic. Very close to the metro and easy to get all over Paris. One of my favourite stays I’ve had in Europe.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, right in front of a metro station. It took only 25 minutes by taxi from CDG Airport — and if you're traveling with someone, a taxi can actually be cheaper (it cost me €30, compared to €31 for two people on public transport). I stayed in a loft, which was lovely and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated their approach to sustainability — rooms are cleaned once a week by default, but you can request additional cleaning if needed. Breakfast was great, and the hotel offers a comfortable space to relax or work, along with a small gym. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property is modern and right next to a metro station. It has a spacious lobby on the last floor where you can have a breakfast.

This is my second time in this hotel and i can tell that for the last 2 years the service and the hygiene went downhill. The service is supposed to be very youthful and modern but at the end is very untrained and inexperienced. The first room that they gave us was not clean at all, inexcusable, they change it. We have told them that we were with a kid and they didn’t prepare anything for it - blankets, pillows, when i called again on the reception they told me they don’t have any pillows left in the hotel ?! And they will provide on the next day - well that didn’t happen for the next 4 days. The common areas are not clean. Many small things are missed.

I liked all things about it actually. Very first thing is the locker room for your baggage if your room is not ready yet. Also you can have a shower there to refresh yourself. The staff was very helpful and sweet. And omg the rooms are very beautiful and the bed is the most softest thing ever. We were like sleeping on a cloud. Also we saw the top of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Also the rooftop area to have drinks and eat. The other thing is the location - metro, bus station and tram are just around the corner. So it is very easy to move around. I really loved our stay there.
