Our 4 night stay was SIMPLY THE BEST! Mabel is the perfect host...nothing too much trouble..nothing left to chance. Gorgeous home-made breakfast fit for a King. Beautiful cottage adjacent to the main House..sumptuous cool linen on the beds. Wonderful rural setting...owls hooting and deer barking and paths along which you can wander in the sunshine. I particularly enjoyed greeting the dawn with my tai chi practice under an Autumn beech tree. Crocii and cyclamen springing up everywhere. We were cycling and this was a brilliant place from which to explore the region. We so enjoyed Mabel's laughter and conversation and we want to say a Special Thankyou!

Mabel was the icing on the cake to a lovely little apartment and wonderful location. She really walked the extra mile in looking after our needs.

We would have loved a TV but appreciated the tranquility of not having it available in the space.

The breakfasts on the terrace every morning were such a wonderful start to the day. We stayed at several different places during our holiday in France and Mabel's place was by far the best. We hope to return one day.

GORGEOUS location with an amazing view. Very quiet and peaceful. The house is very spacious, clean, and modern. Mabel is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Great breakfasts. A nice kitchen for simple meals if you're tired of eating out. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

A very cosy place and a great, friendly host! We had a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need to feel at home. Tasty breakfast with a beautiful view. We definitely recommend!
